I absolutely love this, one of the coolest videos in the wild I've ever seen. Andy, that pork looks like from a dream mate, well done. Greetings and much respect from Serbia, southeast Europe. Igor🙏🍻🇷🇸❤️🇬🇧
I could spend a lifetime in that woods if I had a cook like Kent Survival. Another very relaxing time spent here - Do you ever go out in a boat,, sure would like the sights and sounds of rivers if you ever do get by the water. Your friend is a gentle nature spirit just like you. I truly believe places like this are a glimpse of heaven.
Sat down to watch a hog roast! My 7 year old was devastated that in her words was a baby pig!.
Yep, its always educational to show people what their food looked like before the cellophane wrapped it. It might just remind them to respect the source and not waste the meat! Great Video!!!!!
@@johnthompson9032 There's a big difference between the theoretical "bacon comes from pig" and actually seeing the pig born, raising the pig, feeding the pig, butchering the pig and eating the pig. My neighbour's garbage can got knocked over one day and while I was cleaning it up I found a family pack of two kilos of hamburger tossed out unopened. As the child of a cattle ranching family I was horrified at the disrespect. You kill someone for food you better eat them!
Hey Andy I see you've been"Pigging out" love the videos. Aside from camping your cooking practices are a cut above, and everything does taste better when cooked over a campfire!
Great vid Andy! A bit of everything in this one. Some bushcraft, tents, MRE rations, beer/cider campfire convos and as usual yummy food. I loved the rosemary basting! ☺️
"Don't forget behind the ears." I almost snorted coffee out my nose. Amazing pig feast!
@@KentSurvival That petite swine was going to meet its fate anyway, so I think its fabulous that in a way, it achieves fame, post- mortem if you will. All the fans seem very pleased, and there are many more views to come still. People just don't know about this episode yet. Building structures is riveting, but you need a just havin' a good ole time visit too. Also, I didn't see a single commenter that was a vegan, so, fairing pretty well without controversy. Cheers from beautiful Colorado!
Yes i remember MD2020 back in my teens in the 80s Nasty sweet stuff, but it did the trick. Pork and Beer! What a great way to spend an overnighter!
You and Marc knock me out. Ur vidos together are my favorites.
😂🤣 oh yeh “pork surprise” … “should of seen his face when I pulled it out” 7:53 😂😂😂 That’s class all day long.
Absolutely beautiful - great cooking. These vids never disappoint mate!
Those who denigrate British cooking never met Andy! His cooking makes my mouth water. Hard to believe the two of them finished Peppa off in one meal! But I'd like to have been there with them! 😊
Hi Andy, watched your video cooking the pork in the Dutch oven from Canvas tent shop,so I purchased 1 ,OMG what a tool, absolutely brilliant and so cheap,,a pal of mines got a petromax, and the finish isn’t as good as mine,,and so cheap,,I got the bag,pot lifter,£38 delivered,, direct from the canvas tent shop,,,nice one Andy,,oh and his petromax is just under half the size and double the money!!!,,great video mate👌👌👌👌
How brilliant it must be, away from the city. Good food good company!
For everyone who has lost someone dear to them you have my condolences. May God be with each and every one of you. Your father, brothers, mothers , dads and all they sre safe in Gods loving arms. They are watching you from above. It takes time to heal but you will heal with Gods grace. Bless you all.

PETA, People Eating Tasty Animals, is a group of people who gather and produce recipes for meals just such as this. That sandwich looked wonderful. Here in Texas, we might slap some great BBQ sauce on that. Thanks for sharing. Texas
People bring half a kitchen camping and still burn the hot dogs lol.
Wow ! what a life ! water come in my mouth.

Ain't nuthin like it! Epic video guy's
Dappled sunlight glinting on a woodland stream: what HAPPY memories this video brings back! I imagine you went back for the ax you had leaning against a tree as you hiked out! In the end, even the piglet looked pleased to be turning 'golden brown and delicious' over the fire.
Yet another great video Andy...why do I watch these late at night because all it makes me wanna do is go and cook lol ...everything looked great
I am really enjoying your vlogs and cooking show!! I am jealous as I wish I was fit enough to enjoy camping like that. I always wanted to but didn't take the chance. So now I live through your videos!!! 😊😊❤

I was working at a banquet for a medieval society at a university in Scotland where they had a catering company do two mead glazed hogs on spittle. There was so much food they insisted that the staff should all get food too!! It was absolutely amazing!! The best I've ever had!!
Another great video! That hog look delish!

Omg that looks delicious! 😋
I love the lets start the 🔥 quick AF!
Great video! Really impressed with the cooking of the pig and how that bread turned out! .. if you do this again you could always set up another couple of tripods to move the pig straight over to cool down away from the fire 🙏
What a chow you have there, nice!
thanks notch for the good vids
Looks great. My grandfather did a pig roast every July and it was amazing. Miss those days. Hope you had fun bud! Keep up the great work and content. Pig, beer, and camping. Can't go wrong!
Sounds great! always good for a get together.. been too long since i last did one (on a bigger scale haha
I bet that pig regrets trying to eat that stick now.
Haha, I thought briefly ... did they really say "good morning"? 30:45 ... a nice surprise for me as a German. Thank you for this nice video 🏕️🐖🍴🔥
"Don't forget behind the ears" 🤣🤣 I straight up heard that in my grandma's voice lol
We call it here in my country Lechon. But more bigger and different spices. Cebu Lechon is the best in the Philippines 👍🇵🇭
That food looks amazing😮
"Don't forget behind the ears" haha
we call that lechon de leche here in the Philippines 🇵🇭. great videos, keep it up! 👍👍👍
Awesome video and that pig looked delicious
Another Lovely video. . Might talk to my pals and do this together some time.. have a pig roasting weekend.
Thanks for the video
I heard this morning that warehouses in England have less and less supplies, now i know why. 😂
Another great video. I love them.
Delicious roast pork and apple sauce yummmm🎉
That was a feast in the forest and the way you shot the video was a feast for the eyes. Really epic ❣️
Love your videos! Quick question- about dishes after cooking. I know most folks have a system for doing clean up of cooking gear (washing up pots and plates) but what's your preferred means of doing this for when you are out in the field? Anything you do differently for longer duration camps? Thanks!
I bet that smells amazing
Another good video guys. The bread looks amazing, The hogglet roast looks good too? Good skills. I can't believe you both eat the lot? Lol. Well done, it must have been lovely?
Oh to have had your videos years ago This particular video reflects my own camping experience. Never with a pig though nor with you're expertise. Rabbit, squirrel, section of deer. Ex military so I still enjoy the random MRE. But you, sir, elevate the experience to new heights. Well done.
Thanks very much buddy :) Ive done a squirrel... plans to go get a rabbit at some point with the pew pew.
How did you store the rest of the pig after dinner?
Everything looked great. Wish i could camp with you.
I wondered the same, but I bet there was none left to store! It was only a piglet! Bless u brother in Christ.
wow.what everyone wants. congratulation
now thats camp cooking 😛👍
That hog roast looks good and those look delicious hog roast sandwiches, great video with you and Mark thank guys for a awesome video cheers Andy.
This is the ultimate, "Me and the boys" activities. Camping in the woods, Crafting a spit, Cracking a cold one, and Roasting an entire hog.
Hi Folks just started watching this video and thought of a piece of advise I was given years ago "let the tool do the work" the saw in this case, maybe get a carpenter friend to explain it, will save a lot of elbow grease keep on with the show thankyou
Whole spitroast hog always looks so good YUMMMMMMMMMMMM
Giving thanks to the piggles for making this episode so tasty! (and so educational to those that don't actually know that we actually eat other animals, for real).
Nothing like a shot of reality, cooking a whole hog! Keeping it real! Nice camp. 🐖😎👍🔥🌳🌲🇨🇦
Bless you, good sir. That was a funny sneeze
So cool❤
How do you know if someone is a vegan?
don't worry, they'll tell you.
great video as always.
@@KentSurvival Why did the Vegan cross the road?
-To tell you he's a Vegan..
@@redauwg911 Red meat, such as pork, has been classified as a Group 2A carcinogen which means it probably causes cancer.
@@craigbrowne8563 nope. We survived on mostly meat and fatty diet for almost all our existence. When you look at populations who eat high levels of fatty meat cancer is almost non existent (such as inuit tribes for example. Cancers have increased as we eat more processed foods, high amounts of carbs and seed oils. You'll also reduce your likelihood of insulin resistance, high levels of which actually have been proven to be cancer risks.
Why so many dislikes? The vegans aren't happy today 😂😂
I know! It's like people don't know what they're eating. THIS IS THE REALITY. In fact the kindest, most respectful reality of the meat we eat. Supermarkets make people disconnected in their silly little plastic display packaging. They should teach kids how to find and process food in schools. They'll need THAT education one day soon.
hee I'm vegan - eat what YOU kill, not fakd up farming machines with no regards to a suffering of living being. Simple.
let vegans be unhappy..as long as animals were prepared by devinely ritual thats fair..🤔😇
looking real good.
So good 👍👍
