Hey James. I think you play the guitar with a lot of feel and have enjoyed your video's. When I saw them for the first time, I was a bit in awe actually. I'd like to be able to play fingerstyle in a similar way. Now here's my question: I am taking a shot at the tab for this song and I am having a hard time figuring out how you hit individual strings while slapping with your thumb. When I use the slap and flick technique, I hit more strings at once. Some of this can be solved with muting, but in a lot of cases that just doesn't do it. Any tips on how to isolate strings while slapping? Thanks!
