5:35 i think its actually due to the fact they didint quite figure out how to do proper cutscenes yet, had they made the cutscene take place inside the real house it wouldnt have worked due to several things involving gameplay such as the basement door itself being made to be closed items getting in the way etc ngl really want you to play alpha 2 next bc i think alpha 2 has a lot, WAY more going on
Another thing to note: No one still found the physical location of the player's grave from the ending. Is it on the same map? Is it a seperate map? You need to try searching for it!
You forgot sone stuff, in the game files there's some unused models for the rifle range and there's also a OFFICIAL floor plan for all floors of Alpha 1 but unfortunately it wasn't implemented, there's luckily a 100% accurate mod recreating a very well made Alpha 1 called The neighbors comeback
Also the neighbour can still grab objects. If you drop the radio in front of his house, turn it on/ring the bell, he will go and pick it up, and then he will bring it back to your house.

fun fact the locomotive has doors interior without the seat and the weird holding bar also the cockpit area has the door and the control panel with the controls text like was it forward and backward and a few buttons so its missing the control lever seat and the holding bar (you can download a mod named the neighbors comeback that adds the full alpha 1 house with all the assets and stuff so you can see all the stuff that was made to the original (the mod uses the original alpha 1 floor plans i suggest the mod sometime) ) (sorry for a goddamn essay)

Press the “7” key, and after that you can either restart the game, (you will see the “Load” button) or press “8” and the game will start from the beginning. You will save the location of all the items that are on your territory!
@@mateptheepic in any attempts neighbor house is open, but all windows is locked up. Try stay double doors always open maybe. And, neighbor can stuck if he want to to hall from bathroom
