Yeah he must have been trolling when he gave them that reach. As far as I know the ufc don’t measure reach and height so they just take the fighters word for it

If Silva had started raining down hard lefts to the face at 5:17, Omar G. would most likely have let go, IMO anyway.
as soon as he would stop defending with his left hend the kneebar would be there. He was trying to hold on to one of his arms. if you control of oponents arms, generaly its hard for them to pull of a leg submission. But honestly at that point there was nothing he could do anymore.
