This happened during my ssb interview as well. Though I was recommended but I all the top rankers were army brat and I was merit out as vacancy was only 15 and 56 girls got recommended. In my 2 nd SSB I found one female candidate very arrogant during PPDT discussion...she had written a very weird story and extremely dominating. She was probably the least deserving one to get screened in in tht batch. When she was in the whole batch was shocked and her approach remained same throughout the 4 days process. However everyone knew she ll be thorough seeing what happened during the screening. N guess what she was not only recommended by was in the final list . It's very unfortunate but very common in SSB that they are biased towards fouji brat. Some of them are good and deserving but then jugaad do works there too. Thankfully UPSC so far is the only panel which is not yet plagued by this biasness.
I am boy from a completely civilian background and I got recommended in my 6th attempt. Don't let anyone tell you that civilians are judged with a bias against them. Focus on preparation. Good luck.
One thing I can say that desperation often creates negative impact i too faced it now giving SSB side focusing on my other work field (job) and taking break from SSB...fear of rejection and greediness of getting recommended often demoralise... I saw candidates crying in C/o and S/o i too was one of them After giving few attempt facing rejection multiple times i decided to Take break from SSB focus on Job..if it will be possible to get recommended in future fine otherwise need to accept that organisation isn't meant for us💔
Even I am a fauji brat and so, let me explain why army people prefer army kids to join the army: it's because the army doesn't only look for physically, psychologically and academically fit candidates but even those who imbibe the army culture and values to the heart. And army brats who are born and have been brought up in the army environs and consider the army as their first and only family, are naturally suited to the army. Because physical fitness and academic competence can be built up but the unique culture of the army is difficult to be imbibed, it best exists when its inate.
@@DakshPratap-qh3cn There's no hard and fast rule as to who gets recommended and who doesn't. That's why there are so many tests and so many assessors like psychologists, physical examiners, officers etc in SSB.
That's a pure coincidence gentleman. I have no Army background but still a recommended candidate. In my batch out of 8 recommended, only 3 3 were from Army background. And one of my groupmate was from a heavy Army background ( I know heavy is a wrong word here😂 but her father and grandpa both were retired from Army). And she was not recommended, even though we all believed that she would get recommendation. Maybe Army brat maybe favoured minorly due to environ they have been brought up in. But altogether it's about your ability and how you perform. SSB selection is for Armed Forces Officer only not a decision whether you are capable on useless!! A big NO to this as we all have heard of the names Sh. APJ Abdul Kalam and Sh. Amitabh Bachchan not being recommended but still on tongues 😊 Gyaan nahi de rahi,, but this is what I learnt 😅😂
Fouji means only officers children's. I am also an ex serviceman. One of my officer commanding son is not having OLQ. But his father managed in SSB Allahabad. Now he became an officer
I heard that SSB interview is the toughest interview than IAS and IPS interviews, if the officers are able to influence and convince the SSB selection officers with their earlier relationship or through some other channel, then there is a question of the creditability of the SSB selection procedure The aim of any kind of fucking interview is to put a right man in the right place, that is the essence. By seeing this video, it seems that unpotential fellows are getting selected, if such fellows are selected, then what is the impact on the Army? Then such type of cadets doesn't value their job , because they didn't earned the job by their hard ship, they don't show that much interest in their job, apart from that they became corrupted officers, if the officers are corrupted, then the moral of our soldiers and JCO's will get ruined, if the moral of the soldiers is wipe off, then our Army is psychologically vulnerable Army

Case1- M bhi army wale ko janta hu Mehta krke banda hai Jo bhi sefarish krke he select hua hai uska bapu toh bahoot aachi general rank ki category ka officer hai ab shyad retire ho gya hoga par unka ladka abhi army m he hai aur may bhi major ban gya hoga...vo full setting se aaya hai mp wale board se......yha tak ki ima m Jo task usse nhi hua tha vo task us saal hta deya tha aur next batch se wapas start kr deya tha...saram ki baat hai saram ki indian government aur Indian army ke leye. Case 2- ek candidate aisa hai jiske engineering m almost more than 7-8 backs thi aur uski backs clear ho jati hai aur first attempt m ssb bhi clear ho jata hai aur aage suno....usko horse ka bahoot shock hota hai toh usko uski favourite horse wali regiment jisko cavalry bolte hai vo mil jati hai phir vo aage bhi games khelta hai matlab itna coincide hai ki kya batau.....saram aani chaiye corruption is on top in ssb's. If you want I can tell you their names sir.
Jaha sifarish jaa sakte hai waha sifarish se recommendation bhi hue ho sakte hai inhone nahi kiya to iska matlab nahi ke aur log bhi nahi karte honge , strict enquiry hone chaiyee!

I believe that army personnel are the most conservative people from inside in terms of social identity. The way this officer talked reinforcing my belief.
I have given 11 times SSB, not selected, finally got SSC CGL job. I can say one thing for sure, this SSB process is totally biased towards defence officers kids, i have seen this during my time😢
A psychologist may be conclusive at a point but must be open without notions for reassessment of procedures, candidates and prevailing circumstances and relative outcomes...
Officers' kids unable to study further are sent to NDA and their fathers are always there to get them recommended in SSB and Medical on the phone calls of their superiors.
Just try to score as much as possible guys. If that corrupt accessor has to choose between two sacrifice form that dumb fellow then he will definitely choose the weak one.
Sir se marriage wali baat sunke bahut impress huaa es se pehle ssb ko halke main le rhka tha but abhi se doguna hard work start kar Diya and finally thank u bhaiya sir ko SSB Dil Se platform par bulane k liye.
bki if you are rejected don't worry too much enough good opportunities in corporate sector me and my SSB buddy friend (both couldn't make it )) both are earning 6 figures its just uniform charm that we miss!!
appeared in 14 ssb, 11 times got through screening ( technical entries+cds+afcat) ..almost 2.5 years time.. still was not selected. last two attempts of mine i didn't even go because till that time i knew how biased the process was at times , I have seen candidates just getting recommended because of their family backgrounds and the place from where they came... it is still the worst heart break , i truly wanted to live that life. the thing is the whole process is not completely transparent and the candidates should keep that in mind ... Those who got selected very few of them will acknowledge this most of them will say its hardwork consistency and all as expected from them.. But there are things beyond efforts and hardwork at times in ssb which breaks you. But yes if you make it i think its the best way to lead your life ahead.

Bhai everyone thinks in different way, also depends on the current mood of assessor. Sometimes hard core repeaters were just asked few unofficial questions in interview by IO they did well got recommended
Exactly bhai don't be demotivated..all assessor have different mindsets.. infact i was in a touch of psychologist and he told me that repeaters have high chances of getting recommendation...and you must be noticing that in any board repeaters are usually more as compared to freshers in terms of recommendation
nah, not at all demotivated brothers but it's like I couldn't believe things like these happen. i knew it's difficult for a repeater to clear the ssb but the way sir told about the marking scheme had me feel bad for those who come so well prepared but might not get selected because the assessors want to keep their record high
@@adityasharma4481 Of course that's true, "Bahar se jitna system transparent lagta hai utna hai nhi" They say repeaters, freshers all are same so why different group for Repeaters in stage 1, secondly an already recommended candidate gets screened out for next 2-3 attempts, cos within 3-4 months he lost his Inbuilt "Qualities"
Just yesterday I watched an officer’s interview wer he clearly said he got recommended on his last n final attempt which was his 7th attempt I can give u the video link if u want n also he served as a special force n one more thing his entire family also belonged to defence background so der was nothing sort of bias he got rejected 7 times n eveytime he improved himself n kept trying n in the end he got recommended so just have faith in urself.
Tho phir first attempt screenout ho tho bhi same consider karte? Seeing the current competitive scenario its not a small deal for a fresher to get recommended. It requires God's grace and luck as well. I recently went for my ssb 200+ reporting .. Final only 2 recommended that too only repeaters... But sir said true that they carry baggage
For your very kind information, they ‘recommend’ and don’t ‘select’. There is a difference between the two. Had I been the assessor, his ‘haklapan’ wouldn’t have mattered to me. I would have recommended him if I am of the opinion that he has officer like qualities. His medical status (haklapan in this case) would have been irrelevant.
They will never admit but they really give favour to fauji kids who studied from military schools only rare chance are there that a normal candidate is selected
We are 3 Biggest army, 7 nevy 4airforce, 3 most powerful economy, but still afraid to talk to take back akcia chin and pok and showing wrong map to students...

Aur jbb do board se recommend baccha ek teesre board mai jake conferrence out hojata hai to tb kha jati hai system ki gadbadi?? tb kha jata hai assessors ka evaluation?? Kyu answer nhi krta board uss bacche ko ki recommended candidare hone ke bawajood wo iss board mai reject ho gya?? Wo to recommendation ka baggage leke aya tha na, ab kaun galat the usse recommend krne wale ya usse reject krne wala. Aur baki sbb assessors ne ajkl appne apne dukane khol rkhi hai retire hote hi, aspirant ko bhatkane ki aur bdiya pesa chaap rhe hai, aur ssb mai whi assessors coaching wale baccho ko giri hui nazar se dekhte hain. Moral of the story :- fauji or no fauji, people are either good or simply corrupt, regardless of the "organisation".
Eight conference out.I have seen candidate recommend in one board not recommend in other board just 2 week difference. How trait changes in 2 week. If Parent is officer , sure they got recommended. System is broken but take your chances might get recommended.

Even im from sainik school, c/o in 6th attempt and s/o in all previous attempts, in my 6th attempt my civilian friends got recommended, one of them was asking me no of regiments and ranks of army before interview and still got through
qualities inherent in officers, You should be mean ie selfish, you should have ability and courage to fight for your haq, you should be able to manipulate the situation in your favour, you can dictate your authority on group of people, because you are getting job to take work from your fellows if you are considerate, empathetic, and longe for others need than its not the requirement of the post.

Inform this elderly gentlemen that someone's experience does matter. Retrying efforts killed by this kind of people & They are the ones who conduct interviews based solely on a person's name and Just listen to this OLD MAN's mindset. A SSB ka wrong accessing hai, jaroori nahi ki jo pahli bar me safal nahee hua, oh improve nahee kar sakta. Har adamee apnee kamee door kar sakta hai if get chance. Wrong analysis, aise hi galat examiner ki wajah se candidate ko bhugatna padta hai.but Thanks for your truthness.

I disagree with the guest views..firstly..how can a family issue be a criteria for non recommendation of a candidate. Is the candidate at fault for his/her parental dispute. Secondly..repetitive attempts does really make a candidate weak? Very sad to hear this and this is not correct picture but assesor make their perception because of his past failed attempts. Thirdly..when candidate is a defence personal son/daughter they are at advantage? That doesnt mean they are not judged, they go through each and every test. Only advantage is there defence background. Fourthy..the guest told stories and commented on other assessors decision on selection of candidate. Is he entitled to do so? I think No because every assessor differs in judging a candidate and it depends on their experience, training and perspective. Physcologist also need to be vibrant and practical on all issues rather than conservative. So background, experience, knowledge of physcologist should also be checked prior to putting him in the selection board. Every individual becomes an individual after getting matured as he grows in life and no individual is without a problem or trauma. Hence it is very important for the selection board to judge a candidate only on their standard operating procedure and not divert attention to their personal thoughts, beliefs and likings. Jai Hind, jai Bharat.
It's not possible...army website has your data of previous ssb....even if you try to make another gmail id...still you can't bcz ultimately you need to attach your adhar no...and then when you will get recommendations...next hour you will be out in document verification

In all my 4 SSB's only fauji kids got recommended. Not saying they didn't deserve. But it does creates a question mark.

I have given 11 times SSB, not selected, finally got SSC CGL job. I can say one thing for sure, this SSB process is totally biased towards defence officers kids, i have seen this during my time😢

A psychologist may be conclusive at a point but must be open without notions for reassessment of procedures, candidates and prevailing circumstances and relative outcomes...
Officers' kids unable to study further are sent to NDA and their fathers are always there to get them recommended in SSB and Medical on the phone calls of their superiors.

bki if you are rejected don't worry too much enough good opportunities in corporate sector me and my SSB buddy friend (both couldn't make it )) both are earning 6 figures its just uniform charm that we miss!!
appeared in 14 ssb, 11 times got through screening ( technical entries+cds+afcat) ..almost 2.5 years time.. still was not selected.
last two attempts of mine i didn't even go because till that time i knew how biased the process was at times ,
I have seen candidates just getting recommended because of their family backgrounds and the place from where they came...
it is still the worst heart break , i truly wanted to live that life.
the thing is the whole process is not completely transparent and the candidates should keep that in mind ...
Those who got selected very few of them will acknowledge this most of them will say its hardwork consistency and all as expected from them..
But there are things beyond efforts and hardwork at times in ssb which breaks you.
But yes if you make it i think its the best way to lead your life ahead.
It's pretty hard , disappointing and shocking to listen to the part where Sir said It's very difficult for a conference out candidate to get recommended.

Bhai everyone thinks in different way, also depends on the current mood of assessor. Sometimes hard core repeaters were just asked few unofficial questions in interview by IO they did well got recommended
Exactly bhai don't be demotivated..all assessor have different mindsets.. infact i was in a touch of psychologist and he told me that repeaters have high chances of getting recommendation...and you must be noticing that in any board repeaters are usually more as compared to freshers in terms of recommendation
nah, not at all demotivated brothers but it's like I couldn't believe things like these happen. i knew it's difficult for a repeater to clear the ssb but the way sir told about the marking scheme had me feel bad for those who come so well prepared but might not get selected because the assessors want to keep their record high

Just yesterday I watched an officer’s interview wer he clearly said he got recommended on his last n final attempt which was his 7th attempt I can give u the video link if u want n also he served as a special force n one more thing his entire family also belonged to defence background so der was nothing sort of bias he got rejected 7 times n eveytime he improved himself n kept trying n in the end he got recommended so just have faith in urself.
Anyone can be tempted by money and power ,one doen't know it, that doesn't mean it not happens
Tho phir first attempt screenout ho tho bhi same consider karte? Seeing the current competitive scenario its not a small deal for a fresher to get recommended. It requires God's grace and luck as well. I recently went for my ssb 200+ reporting .. Final only 2 recommended that too only repeaters... But sir said true that they carry baggage

For your very kind information, they ‘recommend’ and don’t ‘select’. There is a difference between the two. Had I been the assessor, his ‘haklapan’ wouldn’t have mattered to me. I would have recommended him if I am of the opinion that he has officer like qualities. His medical status (haklapan in this case) would have been irrelevant.

Actual talented candidates are never get selected by SSB Board having complete monopoly of Army Officers in it.

I think these matters should not be discussed in public domain. It raises the question on functioning of SSB and integrity of assets.

This officer is the reason i don't have no faith in selection procedure. Jis mahodaya ko shadi ke lie life partner select krna aur defence officer select krna dono ek baat lgti hai unki credibility yhi khatam hogyi. Kherrr, sir agar repeater bahut baggage leke ata hai to aap appeal kijie defence ministry pe ki ssb sirf 1 hi honi chahie, aur result ane prr sbko unka selection aur rejection ka reason bhi bta dijie, ...taki life mai khi to kaam ae lekin wo to krenge nhi aap...aur wese bhi yhi sare assessors retire hoke ssb board ka hi ppdt, oiq, gto tasks, GD topics, lecturretteetc ka data leke apni khud ki coaching khol dete hain fir pese leke dete hain gyan repeaters ko. Aur jbb do board se recommend baccha ek teesre board mai jake conferrence out hojata hai to tb kha jati hai system ki gadbadi?? tb kha jata hai assessors ka evaluation?? Kyu answer nhi krta board uss bacche ko ki recommended candidare hone ke bawajood wo iss board mai reject ho gya?? Wo to recommendation ka baggage leke aya tha na, ab kaun galat the usse recommend krne wale ya usse reject krne wala. Aur baki sbb assessors ne ajkl appne apne dukane khol rkhi hai retire hote hi, aspirant ko bhatkane ki aur bdiya pesa chaap rhe hai, aur ssb mai whi assessors coaching wale baccho ko giri hui nazar se dekhte hain. Moral of the story :- fauji or no fauji, people are either good or simply corrupt, regardless of the "organisation".

Eight conference out.I have seen candidate recommend in one board not recommend in other board just 2 week difference. How trait changes in 2 week. If Parent is officer , sure they got recommended. System is broken but take your chances might get recommended.

I disagree with the guest views..firstly..how can a family issue be a criteria for non recommendation of a candidate. Is the candidate at fault for his/her parental dispute. Secondly..repetitive attempts does really make a candidate weak? Very sad to hear this and this is not correct picture but assesor make their perception because of his past failed attempts. Thirdly..when candidate is a defence personal son/daughter they are at advantage? That doesnt mean they are not judged, they go through each and every test. Only advantage is there defence background. Fourthy..the guest told stories and commented on other assessors decision on selection of candidate. Is he entitled to do so? I think No because every assessor differs in judging a candidate and it depends on their experience, training and perspective. Physcologist also need to be vibrant and practical on all issues rather than conservative. So background, experience, knowledge of physcologist should also be checked prior to putting him in the selection board. Every individual becomes an individual after getting matured as he grows in life and no individual is without a problem or trauma. Hence it is very important for the selection board to judge a candidate only on their standard operating procedure and not divert attention to their personal thoughts, beliefs and likings. Jai Hind, jai Bharat.

It's not possible...army website has your data of previous ssb....even if you try to make another gmail id...still you can't bcz ultimately you need to attach your adhar no...and then when you will get recommendations...next hour you will be out in document verification
