This song is so inspirational. It reminds me of my school days as we sing it at the assembly ground. I could see our principal in his immaculate black suit as he stands in front of us. Thank you Jesus.

Written by Charles Wesley, Henry Collins and Frederick William Faber Music by Charles Wesley and Stephen Burtonwood It's one of my favourites as seen on BBC's Songs Of Praise (#SongsOfPraise) and NPO 2 and EO's Nederland Zingt. (#NederlandZingt) NOTA BENE:- That obviously is not the correct tune, it reminds me of And Can It Be That I Should Gain.
Beautifully rendered .The men and women walking pass while the hymn was being rendered reduced from the quality of the video . Late coming to chur h should be discouraged and when people are late to church they should stay out when hymns are being read not only for the video . The latecomers cause distraction even to those who will be privileged to watch the video
If your belif in a deity helps you endue the god and down side of life then I urge you to continue . If you research you will find many things EG, Catholics and Angilicans incorporate pagonisn in there masses , also we adhere to 7th and 8th century beliefs . With advanced technology and research I conclide that there is no deity , As i already said if you believe in a deity continue . I leave you with a quote by David Suzki author of :the Sacred Balance - " we live by nyths that lie so deep that we believe them to be reality "
Thank you Jesus, this reminds me of my secondary school days when we sang hymns

The hymn And Can It Be That I Should Gain was loosely based on the other hymn, Jesus My Lord My God My All.
