It's vacuum stuck, use the handle of the spoon and force it between the two tubs to force a gap between them to let the air comes in between to break the vacuum seal. If the spoon is too thick, use your knife, but with caution. Plus, I'm concern about your diet, pump some brake with those sugary delights. Health is an investment.
