- Bangalore to Kodaikanal roadtrip is around 475 km and Kodaikanal is full with forest covered valleys and so much of greenery and beautiful nature . Kodaikanal has the best connecting road which is NH44 and you have some amazing views when you drive .Kodaikanal ghat road stretches for about 52 kms and you will surely love driving on these roads .
Day 1 and EP 1 is dedicated to our roadtrip to Kodaikanal which is part of our 1875 km roadtrip to Tamilnadu .
This series will have Kodaikanal ,Kanyakumari ,Rameswaram and Pondicherry and all of these will be covered in detail in next 8 to 10 episodes so keep watching the space .

sometime i see the car steering is left side whenever you take camera from right to left i.e first you then DK on left side. Why we see like this ? some camera position issue?
Hi, a few scenes back then. I used to shoot on selfie mode, and that's why you see this at times .
Very well explained, one suggestion that instead of carrying a poly dustbin bag and using a single use plates and mugs, its always better that you carry your own cutleries, plates and mugs. This small eco friendly change will cut down on the plastic pollution that we all are struggling with these days.

Hello Ashish thanks a lot for your comment , Absolutely the only way out we carry a lot of laundry bag and fresh clothes which we use and then put it in the laundry bag we carry a big one Also best way out here is if you can opt for homestay like we tried one in pondicherry you get washing machine as well so then may be you can plan to wash them ...Cos hotels etc will be expensive to get the laundry done ..

Hi, Awesome video by you. I wanted to check the roads if we have any hair pin bends towards Kodai. Did you get to pass by any dangerous hair pin bends for me to be carefull ?
Hey, thanks a lot 🙏 you can easily drive through kodai ghat Road, hardly 1 or 2 hairpin bends, and that too is not at all difficult. Basically, roads are curvy but easy to drive ... But yes, around 50 km of ghat Road and Curvy Road drive slowly, that's it ..

Hello sir it was fantastic kodaikanal is beautiful , I checked and saw that distance from tirupathi to kodai is around 600km which may take around 12 hours including break and since the ghat stretch is long you will tiered by then so I will suggest that you stop at a place like Salem karur or Namakkal for a night hault and next day continue towards Kodaikanal ...As the drive will be really long from Bangalore you can easily cover it in a day but from. Tirupathi 150 kms gets added up ..I hope this will be of help ..New to our channel consider susbcribing

Hi, Thanks a lot. From Bangalore Electronic City, until reaching our homestay in Kodaikanal, it's 462 km.Also, please check the epass process required if visiting Kodaikanal.

It's good. The only thing is expect it to be crowded, which may lead to a bit of traffic issues also day time you may feel a bit hot, but from the evening till morning, it will be very pleasant .

Hello Vicky do also let me know how was your trip to ooty and sakleshpur ,HAN So Kodaikanal is for 2 nights post which we went for Kanyakumari for 1 night and then Kanyakumari to Rameshwaram for 2 night again Rameshwaram to Pomdicherry for 2 nights again and back to Bangalore ,I will be sharing the episodes every tue and Friday for these for next one month ...I hope you liked this video ...

Hi Sonal 👋 It will take 8 hrs to 10 rs we left at 5 am in morning and reached kodail around 5.30pm in evening roads are good But yes we took multiple breaks as well ...If new to our channel consider subscribing ..

Hey Yes 2 days will be more than enough you can try the drive towards Mannavanur they have an eco park which can be explored also they have some horse riding Boating etc as an option ,Don't miss out to checkout Coakers walk early morning if possible and try that double ride bicycle near kodai lake ,Most of the common tourist spot will fall while you drive towards Mannavanur ,Also I forgot to mention we travelled on 25th Dec and all the tolls etc was full of traffic so don't worry 8 hours should be enough ...
