It SOUNDS like Cloudspot Studio's future scheduling feature will allow for slots (i.e. for mini sessions), which I've never been able to get to work perfectly in Honeybook. Fingers crossed! I know I'll be migrating all of my templates over to CloudSpot and then patiently waiting for their scheduling features to go live.
I totally agree on that feature! I am super, super excited for that one to get released.

This is looking awesome !! Chomping at the bit but need scheduler ( see beta) and an a option for image based tempaltes IE being able to uplaod the pages from my cleint guide mamgzine style, also being able to embed a contact form into my website that kicks straight into a project....my HB renews in March and I will keep peeking for updates ..fingers crossed I can make the switch before then !
Do you know if Cloudspot has a contact form you can embed on your website for inquiries?
Not quite yet! It's at the top of our list going into next year though - we know it's super important!
Thank you for the video! I am looking for an alternative to Zenfolio (website, gallery, shop, blog, portfolio) combined with Square (scheduling, contracts, and invoicing/payments). Cloudspot sounds very promising. Questions: (1.) Does CloudSpot offer a front-end website w/ contact form? (2.) Will the new schedule feature allow for other session types or only mini-sessions?
What he said about new photographers is exactly how I'm feeling right now. I'm trying to legitimatize my photography business and I'm scared and lost at the same time. I've already been finding it hard to figure out my pricing. Still a battle within myself
Is there a calendar on Cloudspot yet? This has been the only thing keeping me from switching over. I love the calendar in Dubsado how whenever I make a project, it immediately goes onto my calendar. My ADHD brain neeeeeeds a calendar!

One of my biggest issues for me not getting a CRM is I am still working a “day job and I need to be able to do “work” on my phone. Does this work in conjunction with an app or just desktop? Some apps in the industry are allowing so many of the same features but they all fall
Short in one area. Working off a phone or tablet. Most of what i like to say the hard stuff I do is on the computer but as a photographer in the newer phase of my career; having this feature is so important to me. So I guess my real question is can the system be operated from a phone?
The only reason im looking at CloudSpot is because HoneyBook is not available outside of US & Canada 😭 hopefully CloudSpot can fill what I need as a freelance Photographer or maybe even soon a hybrid of photog&videog. Thanks for these kind od videos!

I do have a bit of a lengthy question I have completed several albums for nonprofits fundraisers, I would like to deliver them free of charge to the client and their guests . I would like the albums digital downloads to be included for free. I would only like to charge if they order prints is this available with this Cloudspot membership?

Cannot wait for the scheduler!! I love honey book but can never get it to where I want it on the scheduling aspect.
I don't personally use the scheduling feature often but have heard this from a lot of people!
