Looks like they no longer put these behemoth lanterns on parade like the old days. Back then they would parade them in orderly fashion along the market were I would eagerly await as a child at my great grandma store [ Toyang's Grocery] with great anticipation.
Yes, no parade. For more than a decade now, Robinsons Starmiills is home for the Giant Lanterns competition and exhibition.
