  • The new spindle type 1400 FME-P with ER16 provides 30% more power.
    It is also available as a digitally controllable model Type 1400 FME-P DI.
    With 1400 watts, the milling motor offers an enormous performance reserve - a real powerhouse!

    Hi, I have been looking on your website for questions but it seems I can't find them.
    You market these for CNCs and other things, but there is nothing on the website about how speed is set on the motor, or if it compatible somehow with CNCs like a VFD so that the speed can change dynamically depending on the GCode or not, I can't find any answers to that, also the noise level seems really high compared to other spindles that are almost silent when operating.

      Hi, thanks for your note. On our website you can find all the informations you asking for - in the description or in FAQ. Regarding noise instead of other manufacturers we are telling the truth ;-) ...and in the moment you will start a milling process it is loud in each case... Please do not compair with HF-spindles.

    Will these be available with an SK20 pneumatic toolchanger at some point like the 1050 FME-W DI?

      An interesting system from Refofix - indeed.
      If you know more regarding this please send an email to: info@amb-elektrik.de
      In the moment we do not know whether it is possible to combine this with a 43 mm head.

    Can you mill steel with that?(St.37 or St.52)

    • @ambelektrik1499
      @ambelektrik1499  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In generel CNC Router Tables are to weak for that - also the speed from the spindle is too low and the torque is too weak. We cannot recommend this unless you work very carefully and mill only short length and small depth.

      @ambelektrik1499  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ...we meant "speed is too high" - you need low speed to mill steel...

    What is the noise level like?

    • @ambelektrik1499
      @ambelektrik1499  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It always depends on: material, endmill, speed... // without load it is about 75-78 db.
      But one needs a spindle to work with - not to let it run withour load ;-)
