Every day I listen to an aberham rampage and it causes my mind to play it back all day long mode
It is rare that I sleep through the night so I listen to the meditation for hours meditation yet but being soothed back to sleep and when my dog hears this she gets in bed with me and we are both being soothed 😗🌉💓🏃🚶

I have been looking for the audio for moooonths! There was another vibrational video that had this speech and it was removed - I was so upset! And everyday I kept trying to remember the words and type them in and I'd find videos that had this narrative but not framed in the same empowering and reflective way as this.
Finally, today, I type on "this is a good day" and I sorted through and came upon this and am so so grateful that I found it! Helped me to intentionally set the tone for today.

I listen to this most every day. You said in another place that in order to do this a person must believe that he/she is not his/her body. Why? May it not be that a person is a manifestation of the vibrational source? Rather I am my body, unique, I am my mind, I am my spirit, one thing. Why create a dualism, a separation of mind body.
What part of you body or mind can you point to as your body or mind? It’s interdependent areas, parts, interdependent arising. I am spirit having a limited human experience. And when I croak I will go forth to non physical with body and most of my personality. Pure mind stream consciousness. If I thought I was my body only or mind only I would croak now and stop wasting time. We have different understand. But I have personal experiences of past lives.
ben hume You got me there. Anyone who has experience of past lives is operating in an alternate universe and beyond reason. However, in this world consciousness is biological and arises from nerve based cause and effect. I am my body means that my body is me. When someone sees my body walking down the street they don’t say ‘there goes Al’s body’ but ‘there goes Al.’ There is no experience of a mind without a body or body without a mind. So if that were true are you saying that you wouldn’t want to know it? The Lotus Eaters ate the narcotic in the lotus to sleep in apathy. Neither is it to say there is no resurrection from the dead.
Such a wonderful meditation I especially like the background music at 7 mins onwards. Does anyone know what the last background music is called the artist ect. I would greatly appreciate knowing this thanks 😊 many blessings on u all x
