Omg it’s 11:11am while I’m typing this. Maybe this is my answer. You said holding onto hurt and pain, but what about holding on to a high? I feel like i do that more. I miss when i was in my mid/late 20s and i daydream about it aaaaaaallllllll the time. Those years were the most fun years of my life. And i get sad. And all i want is to have those years back and own them even more. I had nooo concept of time and life then and i was just having a BLAST. I mean i was smart but i still lived so freely. I’m 32 now. Now i have developed Epilepsy due to brain trauma in a car accident and my whole life has changed. I feel i have no freedom. I don’t drive anymore. I have to be watched and baby-sat constantly. I can have a tonic-Clonic/grand mal seizure at almost any time. However i will say, i notice i hold my breath A LOT. Someone recently told me this could be due to trauma from the car accident… I believe I am holding my breath a lot through the day and causing a lack of oxygen to my brain… Sometimes I wonder if this could be the trigger to my seizures… Will you talk about paying attention to breathing and breath in your videos one day?!? Sorry i know this was A LOT at once 😂😂😂 but yep I am one of those who watches your videos regularly and you always accurate in my life!!! …seeing 12:34 lately. Also 11:111:11 & 3:33

1234 was the time my best friend who was Doberman Pincher named Rudy. 11 year journey ended in my arms as he transcended. 12:34pm on January 5th 2021 I was honoured with seeing a faint white mist leave him in my arms. Since then i can say its been new beginnings but only as being completed as ONE. ❤🌟🦁
