Times are tough, now more than ever it seems, but please don’t give into despair, there’s so much that we as people struggle with but please know that God is with us through it all. The burdens we all carry are not just ours to carry. God is there with us, lifting us up and helping us carry that cross. Please keep fighting the good fight everyone please don’t give up. Trust in God! We humbly pray and wish ask of this through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior’s Holy Name, Amen.

Catholic Charities has support groups for family members of loved ones that commit sucide. It's a wonderful group that provides a tremendous amount of healing. There is healing out there. You don't have to do it alone. Good bless everyone!

I stuggle a lot with over thinking, not being able to trust myself, and wounds from my past and found amazing healing working with Claudine at Embodied Catholic woman coaching. She is an amazing Catholic therapist/life coach with a major focus on the feminine genius. She helped me grow out of life long fears and mental blocks and be able to make really big life decisions with confidence. I also loved how she always has God as a major part of your healing and growth.

I've really enjoyed the Ask Christopher West podcast these last few weeks, it's really helped me see the ways in which life gets distorted and how God wants us to be healed and how He wants to work with us and within us.
great video! last month at confession the priest recommended I read “Be Healed” which I did but didn’t find it helpful. He also strongly recommended counseling - though I’m resistant to the idea I have an appointment scheduled and truly hope it’s helpful. 🙏

I know this is going to get backlash, but perhaps greater focus could be placed on helping women and couples surrounding assisted reproduction. Fertility rates are declining, so the Church should prepare itself for the influx of people that will be affected by this in the coming years/decades.

Try looking into NA or narcotics anonymous. My sister went and was healed and uplifted through that program.

Is there a ministry for adults who work 50-60 hours a week and can barely buy necessities? Is there a ministry for people who have a vocation but have no feasible way to live it? Is there a ministry for people have been betrayed by people in the church with no redress?

At one point I worked two jobs at sometimes over 16 hours a day, lost my apartment, job and had my car repossessed during the aftermath of the recession and was even skipping meals to assure everyone had enough food. The Church basically fed my family while I got on my feet. I'm literally the guy you're describing.
The Church has also given redress for abuses and they have even defrocked Bishops. The Church itself has paid out over 3 billion dollars to those who have been betrayed by people they should be able to trust. There are links to reporting agencies and for counselling as a result of abuses on just about every Diocese page the world over. My Diocese even has a list of the names of Priests who have been accused of abuse available in it's resource links.
Fr. Mark-Mary is a kind person, who is just trying to extend a few resources of many the Church provides to those who are hurting in ways that are close to his heart. I sincerely hope you have a good day, are happy, healthy and find a way to live comfortably and content in your vocation.
It’s not what exactly you’re asking for but where I’m from they have a… idk what you would call it… maybe “ministry” called “food net” where people volunteer to hand out food to those who can’t make ends meet. I volunteer with them and get food as well from them to support myself. This wouldn’t solve everything but it could lighten the load to be able to take stress off of the budget with free food. It might be worth looking into any food donation centers in your town! Prayers for you.
Any resources for husband's who refuse to go to church, learning the word and teaching our children about God my husband has the thought process of I am baptized, did my first communion and confirmation that's it I am exhausted of him living I'm sin and it's affecting our children when he drinks he gets drunks not often he always thinks I am lying and cheating on him and cusses often living to music praising sex drugs guns partying I'm exhausted and do not want to divorce him help me if anything pray for us we are not married in the church I am on my journey to becoming catholic

I'm not having a faith crisis -- because I think I'm bound for Hell. How is it possible to have 100% faith but no trust? I don't think He is going to save me. I've prayed and prayed and my soul is lost anyway
Maybe the book story of a Soul would help. Its a very good book that talks a lot about trust. Its the story of the life of St Therese of lisieux. There is also a 33 day consecration to divine mercy. Which is a shorter version where you read just about 2 pages every day for 33 days. It teaches you about trust. It teaches you how to trust in God despite your littleness. How God can work despite your shortcomings and can do big things out of your weakness ad long as you dont give up and try with all your heart. It also teaches that the least deserving of mercy are the one's who God gives the most mercy, because they need it the most.
Another good book is the Diary of st Faustina. She focuses on the mercy of Jesus. Its also very beautiful. Knowing about God's mercy helps you trust in him.
You can also listen to the audio books as you do things if you are not a reader. I like to listen while I drive or while im working, cleaning, cooking.
Maybe these can help you like they did me at one pointvwhere I felt like i had tryed to do everything to be perfect but failed..
He can definitely save anyone. I mean anyone. As st therese would say.. All the sin and evil ever existed is like one tiny drop of water in the heuge oven of His mercy. God is always bigger.
