My mother in law (who is also working) asking on the phone, beta how are you handling everything, it must be hard to manage work n home, tell my son to do the dishes and wash clothes, he doesn't know how to cook, but these things he can do. If wife is not working then she has to take responsibility of house hold care, as It is not fair for husband to earn outside and also contribute in house hold work. If women is earning then it has to be everything equal that means all the task would be divided in percentage of income they contribute to household. In that those who earn less would work more to compensate for their lesser income. So if one partner is unhappy with more work on their plate they need to work hard to increase their income and earn a seat every year for lesser household work. This healthy competition will increase the household income and solves the problem of household work in equalistic way.
We can celebrate the change. But it should happen in both sides. Let men take care of household chores. And women go to work and also make coffee like this, make her to cook also. This is what the society is putting on men. TO DO EVERYTHING.
