Dude I really miss ur videos, I too stared to ride dirt bikes over 30 and ur videos really inspired me man, don’t know why u stopped but I hope ur doing good and I hope nothing bad made you stop this cool motocross project. Hug from Portugal homie 🤟🫡
52 years old and exact same injuries. Collarbone 4 places (now plated), 4 ribs, 4 vertabrae and collapsed lung. It scared the hell out of me but 8 months later will be throwing a leg over the bike again.
Glad to see you back! You got me into RC's for a bit so I miss that channel but now you are getting me back into dirt biking! Your influence is amazing! I also do photography and I must say you produce some of the best visual content in all of youtube as well as keep it interesting! You have one of the few channels with 10 minute long videos that I never scrub through because I am enjoying every second, even the 2nd or 3rd time around! Thank you for being you and keep up the good work!
I just watched this video and noticed that you were there the day after I crashed! I ended up needing full reconstruction on my right(dominant) shoulder as a result. I'm still rehabbing it as of 2/29/24 and it happened on 3/25/23. It's been a long road that isn't over yet. I did have my first gentle ride at Croom last week though. All the best to you Ryan...shiney side up from now on!
Love to see this dude, you did great! I tore my MCL/ACL last October then broke my collarbone and got out of surgery in January. Almost on month 3 of recovery. Hoping to hop on the bike soon but also nervous!
I always enjoy your content. I was sad to hear you had such a bad crash. You do great work with AJ and the Moto Academy. I hope that’s still going well. I look forward to your next video. Welcome back !
Love your content! The quality is insane to say the least! Just got back riding motocross again after a 14 year break, looking forward to more vids from you, 6 months since this video was uploaded so hope you are doing allright! Big ups man! Cheers from Sweden 👌🏻🤙🏻
I feel you on the mental side of injuries. I broke my femur for the 2nd time in October and I’m still overcoming the fear. Just keep grinding man, At some point it won’t even be a though that it had happened.
I hope all is well, haven't seen you on any of AJ's videos in a while. Are you still in the area? Heading to Dade City MX on Sunday and it would be great to get to ride with you! I have a channel too but your content is way better!
Your Videos are awesome... Glad to see you back on MX. Im also from Florida (Miami) just started on Motocross couple months ago (50 ) kkkk Never too late.... Hopefully we can team up for some action, will learn a lot from you.... Cheers....
Why did you stop with the RC content? Are you still racing RC? Going to the Memorial Day weekend race at Newberry in a few weeks? Glad you are doing better!
Ryan, We have met at the rc track a time or two. Great job for getting back out there. Maybe we can spin some laps together some day. Moving back to FL in a few months. Do you have the Losi MX yet?? LOL They look pretty sweet for a big 1/8th track
When you discussed not having any irritation and say “keeping us from doing what we need to do “ what do you mean by that? Do you have hopes of racing? Glad you’re doing good and feeling better!
You commented in a previous video that you suck at sand tracks. In general keep your body weight farther back to lighten the front end. Looks like you focus too much on turning the handle bars in sandy corners while applying too little throttle (this is causing you’re front end to wash out). Better to steer by leaning the bike over while simultaneously applying a generous amount of power to prevent tipping over or washing out the front end. It’s kind of like steering with the rear wheel. The larger the rut or berm the more aggressive you can be with this technique.
If I’m correct that was motobros ?? Any tips for a novice 2stroke rider for jumping there ?? I am still getting use to my yz125 coming from a kx 100. Have not been there since new ownership
@@Slowjoe419 loved it when I was there on previous owner layout. Really enjoyed it. Now I’m on a big boy bike so have to learn/set up suspension to get it softer
@@DirtbikeDad yea man. I know first thing is always set ur sag an make sure ur suspension is set for ur weight. That makes a huge difference for sure. Then i would be live adjusting ur compression would for sure soften the suspension but make sure ur not bottoming out
@@Slowjoe419 last weekend I hit up Miami Mx. not to thrilled with that track but on the few I did hit the landing was hard. Now I rode my sons bike same bike. But his was so much softer. Damn kids
Just broke my collarbone, bruised the kidney and had a brain bleed. First time on a bike in 10 years and that happens. Now I’m trying to convince the wife not to sell the bike. Any pointers? 😂😂
Are you okay man ? No new videos in a long time . Did you stop riding
WE NEED THE RC CONTENT!
Yes!!!
Yes man was worried about you. Glad you’re back! RC!
