Honestly Level 2 is perhaps the best level for Goku Black, his moves are good at AOE and can let you waste people's transformations to burn them out. Plus staying at 2 prevents the Transpheres from dropping, so premades that rely on a Shenron or ST can't operate properly. However you can't play weird if you stay at level 2 because of the potential danger you can face if they all have immortal champion (Like most of that lobby did)
Very likely on purpose just in case Black faces premades, you lose the higher evolutions but Survivors also can't Shenron their way into a win. Rosé is incredibly good, Fused... meh.
@@gianturion The only time I have ever lost as Zamasu is because I went to level 4, the transformation is atrociously long and its really not worth dealing with Vegito (While losing your backup)

I was definitely feeling like I needed to step up my game and fight the entire team if I wanted the win. The play is to waste the Survivors' resources, find an opening and snowball into a victory. Destroying the STM would have been the safest and fastest win, but I took the risk just for fun.

He acts like a second lock-on, he slashes Survivors trying to melee you and shoots them from a distance.
