This event leads to her hating and wanting to eradicate the orcs, just like her father... which is sad. HOTS Jaina doesn't experience this yet, she doesn't know her worries are going to be a reality. She was already dating him by the time Kael'thas first met her.
Rainy Jane Arthas: Rise of the Lich King. the book, by around chapter 20, right after the sacking of Quelthalas and the news reached Kaelthas. I think he never literally called a bitch but pretty much the intent of it. their conversation is pretty much Kaelthas fuming for awhile and then left.
the1onlynoob Oh, I didn't know about that; I never liked what they did with a lot of characters in the lore after WC3, Illidan and Kael'thas in particular. I don't really like how the books were written either (Blood of the Highborne for example felt like the flattest telling of a potentially intriguing story I've seen in a long time). I don't like that they made Kael'thas into such an unlikable and ridiculous character, but even that isn't as bad as what they did with Illidan. But I digress; I can't really offer an opinion on that part of the story because I haven't read it, maybe I'll have to have a look before I can say anything.
