This was filmed during the one week a year that yard waste is actually free in Grayslake. Some of these trucks almost never do yard waste so that was cool too.

Instead of having to find a load of extra drivers and trucks for one excessively heavy week a year, it would make more sense to me to give each resident 5 or 10 bag/bin tags for free each year
