I m no supporter of Owaisi Brothers but... what he was telling here is not that Menon shouldn't be hanged. He said all the other culprits should be hanged too. India judicial system is known to have ignored the violence planned by the Hindu extremists on every occasion possible. The 1993 blast was the out come of the 1992 riots. Where the law enforcement agencies failed or became silent spectators or were entertained by the genocide or the ethnic cleansing of the Muslim. On the other hand the terrorist organizations dragged the victims of the humiliation for benefiting their interests.

I remember when i was in schools one of my teacher tends to ignore mistakes of few children while she use to punish others in just way as they deserve. Even at that small age, a group of children have that much intelligence and guts that we went to the teacher and asked her infront of other teachers "we were punished correctly no problem but just wanted to know why you didnt punish so and so children even when they are not as good in studies as we are" . At that time she said it is what we feel but not the fact, and added that she is always equal with all her students and further added that all students are just like her own children........ Later on, we discovered that every single of those students she use to favour were such students who use to go to her home for personal coaching for a fee of Rs. 300 a month which was strictly prohibited in our school and she also use to leak exam paper to them and yet they were poor in studies.
I see the same situation here. The owaisi clearly said he is not supporting yaqoob in any way but he want to know the reason why the others were not punished just like yaqoob. Whereas this dumb media guy still blaim owaisi for supporting yaqoob and not getting his point. On the other hand when owaisi ask him why he the media guy is supporting to prior riot accused and not questioning postponing their hangings, he gave silly logic that those were mistakes.
My advice to media is to stop coloring things to appear what you want to show and show the facts, even if they get you less TRP. Its your moral responsibility folks. Coloring things is making them into fiction and if thats what you do, i'll turn the channel and tune to a Hindi dubbed south indian movie "Jigar Kaleja" where people are killing 40-50 people at once with just ONE PUNCH (wow)..

Maximum people who were hanged are Hindus because maximum people in the country are Hindus. Speaking specifically of terrorism cases, the country has not hanged a single Hindu yet. Though all have had their guilt proved. Guess the religion of the maximum number of people who receive capital punishment in Saudi Arabia? They're Muslim, Saudis. Because that is the majority in the country.

What about others? Tiger and Dawood Ibrahim. They should be hanged too & all those involved in 1993 riots,Babri masjid as well. Nobody is above law & order,but it should be equal for everyone regardless of their race,caste,religion,nationality. I agree with Owaisi about those involved in Bombay and Gujarat riots.

First time, I will say well said Owaisi Saab. He never said Yakub was not a terrorist. He is just blaming that Indian judiciary is failed. Remember the guy, Surendra Koli who raped and ate 10s of kids, was not hanged just because "justice was delayed".
Justice should be same for everyone irrespective of cast or religion. First those who are responsible for starting the riots should be hanged and they were the people who are responsible for the demolition of babri masjid. If there was no such act then nothing would have happened. People responsible for gujrat riots should be hanged.

Mr. Owaisi will not utter a word , if Memon was not a Muslim. How long he wants justice to be delayed.? It's already 23 years since he planed ,associated, arranged and executed the day light murder of innocent people of Mumbai. Maybe he himself was a part of the gang. Or he will not shout so loud.

One place he says he has full faith in Indian judiciary and constitution and other side he makes these kind of statements ?
