I have heard and seen Christina perform Beautiful better than that. I don't know what happened with that one note. It sounded odd. The BG singers were just ok. The second song was much better for both background singers and herself. I always enjoy her growls and mid-belts.
Yea she has to get loud to hit the note so she pulls the mic back to prevent distortion. She either pulled back too far or didn’t get as loud she anticipated but she definitely hit the note just like in the second song. And the background singers are flawless. Avery Wilson is one of the best male vocalist out right now.
Great reaction, she had some amazing moments with the beautiful high note at her Vegas show in 2019. Idk if she did it because she was nervous as she went really low prior to try high note so it wasn’t a gradual build. Second performance was amazing she messed the lyrics up a little bit recovered well 😂 outfit was definitely a Whitney nod she’s a huge fan
