Thanks for sharing this app. I download all my purchases to BOX as its a free service. I'm like you when I download something I can't find it anywhere. Check your file folder for down loads. It should be there somewhere. With box I can always find what my stuff easy. When your tablet wants you to pick where to download just choose BOX. Its so easy to use and is in one spot. I don't have to guess where it is any more.

From the Heaven and Earth site you can download free models or you can buy only models in pdf format.

Natalyia, I went to the Heaven and Earth page to see how to download the patterns and it is quite a few steps to get the patterns so hopefully you can follow the steps I found out to get the patterns that you downloaded. Steps: 1). Click on the image you want #2). At the upper right hand corner of the box that pops up will show three highlighted blue boxes, there you will click on the box with the arrow showing.#3). When you do this another box pops up and you see the pattern you chose to download at the very top of this page #4). You then will scroll down this page until you see SAVE TO FILES, #5). This will give you another page where you have several options as to where you would like your file save to,here are your choices( Acrobat, documents, downloads, iMovie, and pages). I saved mine to Acrobats because it is PDF and easier to access, * however you chose what is easier for you.* #6. Then hit the save button at the top of this page. #7).Now if you choose Acrobats you go to the Adobe app and look in your files for the pattern and it should be in your files to print of whatever you choose to do with it at this point, hopefully this is understandable and it will work for you. I too have an IPad so I know these are the steps that I did to download the pattern after you asked for help. If you have any questions or need help just leave a comment and I will see it on TH-cam page.

You should download the Happy Color app, Nataliya. I have that one. It’s a good one.

I use Pixel Stitch which is free for my counted cross stitching.

With Pixel stitch you can download your own picture into the program and can save the file as a pdf file. You can pick the aida count, tell it how many stitches you want on the longest side and tell it if you want the pattern you save to have symbols, symbols with coloured background, or just coloured squares. I love that you can choose the size or number of stitches you want and generate the pattern and see what it will look like before you save it. I'm working on a pattern right now that I bring up on my computer and enlarge it so that I can see the pattern better (I don't like printing off the pattern because I find it hard to see that way). The only thing I don't like is that there's no way to indicate that you already did the stitches. I am working in the 10x10 squares and have marked my aida cloth with filament tread that's like fishing line (you can remove it easily once you are done) and I find that helps. I wish there was some way to mark the cloth into squares like your pattern that could be washed away once you're done because the filament thread is time consuming to do. Oh and when you generate he pattern it tells you how big it will be in inches according to the number of stitches and the aida count (I like to work on 14 count aida).
