Ma'am when partner is leaving partnership then may existing partner make a contract to leaving partner for avoid business with existing client for indefinite period and other potential client (name of client is expressly written) for indefinite period.

Ma'am. I have understood from this video. Totaly clear of my doubtful point, 'sale of goodwill' When a saller sells his item with goodwill (customers, title of shope) to the buyer, And later on he (saller) can't open same business on this locality. This type agreement is valid. Saller can open a new business different item on this place, and similar business different place, but not that on this locality. I am right, ma'am.
