Swimming is great for EDS, due to the low-impact exercise. Did you try out a hot tub to reduce EDS pain? The jets in a hot tub can be quite good, although it can aggravate POTS if the water is too hot. I usually lie down somewhere immediately after exiting a hot tub, just in case.
You look amazing! What do you do for exercising and muscle tone? I mostly use kettlebells.
