I got you on the magic. Each "container" or 'bar' is 16. So if a spell costs 32, then it would take 2 full bars from the available in the top left. Blue jars restore 16, red is dependent on what the max is. With 5 containers, that is 5 x 16, or 80. So it would restore 80 on pick up, I think there's a buffer in place where you can cast spells at 16 and it will grant an additional 16, but usually life's minimum value is at 50, and certainly doesn't give you an additional 50, but when you do reach 50 while it's filling it does the math to subtract when you pick up the red jar of it's restoration minus what you were short when the jar was collected and often times it might be like 16 or less short than max when casting life when it refills to max.
I never did look into the specifics of the Magic math, but that's very interesting. Thank you for letting me know. It may help with future runs when doing math to heal.
First few towns are Ruto and Rauru. There's also a town of "Mido" that isn't a sage. Major character in OOT sure, but not a sage :). And technically, the sages in OOT were named AFTER the towns of this game, since this game released first. While chronically on the timeline OOT is first, but also OOT didn't exist when this game was made, so I think the developers liked to play around the lore, and that's why they probably picked those as names in OOT.
Yeah I get what you mean, I think I said it the way I did cause of where the games take place on the timeline, so it would make sense the towns are named after the sages in universe.
@@SamMcKdamn Yep! It's always interesting how like every game adds tons of lore to the series though. Like Zelda 2 also added in why all the princesses are named Zelda for each game going forward. Then LTTP added in that there's sages involved assisting Link. Minish cap goes after the hat he wears in every game (outside Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom). Skyward sword of course is the master sword, etc.
