    The amount of comments that question the years it said he ruled is shocking. No, he didn’t rule for 150 years, it was supposed to say 1750, which really should be common sense because obviously he didn’t live 150 years. Also, BC counts down, he did not “rule backwards”

      @@exposeevil5492 I will look at the scripture. I think Hammurabi and the care for the future by attention to now is the thing missed. And the City-State God-Kings are the basis for aggregating a more general God who ministers to all. But people ARE stubborn.

    • @dsm5d723
      @dsm5d723 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@exposeevil5492 I have an interpretation, and it may not fit your world view. I think Heiser would not have an instant answer. And I do have to do the geohistory on Sodom and Gomorrah. I take Hammurabi, and I have studies the practical building and architectural mathematics of Old Babylon, not the Sitchin astronomical stuff, as the Rightly Guided King, to borrow a phrase. So KNOWING their math, this is a cover for it. We are NOW in a Silicon Tower Rebellion. And what has MATH done to language with the internet?
      For my scriptural rebuttal, it is this. Genesis 14: 14-24. Sodom and Salem, and their Kings. "My" people are proud in business. And the exile in Babylon later is where they saw Daniel and had nefarious ideas about being able to get away with his "act," as Heiser has put it. A proud and jealous God, Yahweh, or His followers at the time, probably saw Hammurabi's Babylon as an example to emulate, but bigger. Earth bigger. So, if the timing works, smearing his city with the Tower Rebellion fits my line of the Biblical writers distinguishing THEIR God. But people get all upset when I shoot straight from the hip.
