At 5:40 I cringe even tho the car has major issues hitting the drain plug with any sort of impart is something I can’t stand. After being a mechanic for 20 plus years and owning a running a shop with 6 techs for 15 or so years all I can think about is the plug stripping or the mechanic putting it back in with a impact and over tightening it and cracking the casing. Even if it’s already screwed If you split the housing and the customer refuses the original repair then your stuck fixing it for free
Been a mechanic for a while and it's almost like a quiz basing off a noise or what I think I seen. Could you add what the actual issues are if possible using subtitles? Had to edit really quick, the ones that are less obvious
I don't mind if they never put oil into their car but when they finally come to say that it pulls/jerks at high speeds I'm scared sH!Tless that they've driven for a long time in this condition = like they just had a clue or has it been 2 yrs of getting worse?
all of these downsized cars, and turbo charged little four cylinder inlines is nothing for the US market. The customers are still used to go their long live V eight engines for sure !
Can anyone explain the 2nd video to me please (Customer States : their car is overheating and they needed it fixed for cheap!) Is the Coolant OVER-filled, UNDER-filled, is the coolant reservoir filled with water etc etc. WHY and WHAT was the issue ? …I didn’t quite catch that !!! -Much Love, From : TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA 🇨🇦
Not everyone apparently has the money to keep their vehicles in top of the line shape which is why videos like this exist. Clearly they have to make hard choices in their lives and timely and proper maintenance standards aren't able to be adhered to in their financial situations. The alternative is they do not have a vehicle and sit at home unemployed because they cannot get to a job and soon are out on the street. Fantastic philosophy of life you have.
@@jkutyna So your only conceivable alternative to vegetating like a NEET is to own a car? Humans are born with legs, but have also invented busses, trains, motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles, and scooters among other things. Your philosophy sounds an awful like learned helplessness.

If vehicles were serviced every 6 months and a MOT annually as you're supposed to.all those problems would not happen. As it is it serves the owners right that they are wrecking their vehicles. I'm glad I live in UK, because all vehicles have to have an MOT test every year to stay on road.
This is such an annoying comment. Especially when most people in the U.S. are living in poverty and can’t afford the repairs, a new car, or tests that put more of a financial burden on people. You want things sorted pay for it for everyone then. Or else mind your mouth.
@@sagalofheim446 Anyone running a vehicle, insurance / road tax / MOT testing / servicing is all part of running a vehicle, no difference to putting fuel in it. If anyone can't do everything then don't have a vehicle. Keeping a vehicle well serviced is cheaper than big repair bills. My own vehicles are all over 20 yrs old. And very little repairs. Just a service every 6 months. Vehicles not serviced properly are a danger to other road users and should not be on the road.
Terrible comment. The few states that do enforce communist dictatorial requirements such as these also do not allow modifications to cars. If you put an aftermarket exhaust or wheels or whatever on your vehicle, many times they will fail you and not allow you to drive. Totally inhumane and this is the type of thing that each and every person on the planet should be fighting against. Less oppressive government control of our daily lives, not more. I don't want anyone to tell me how to hold my spoon or I go to prison for the next decade like they do in the UK. For that matter, who gets to determine what "serviced every 6 months" means anyways? I change my oil and filters every 3k miles. I change the front and rear differentials, transfer case and transmission all ahead of schedule. I take my front suspension apart each year to inspect and replace/repair as necessary, but I am not a licensed mechanic. So how would I "verify" that my char has been maintained in the past 6 months with any overbearing dictatorship of a government that would place such a criminal law in place? I'm sure they won't just take me for my "word."

100%!!! Agreed.
Going off roading in the family Honda Civic, then wondering why the oil pan got all caved in and the exhaust got shredded.
If you ever want to be reminded how stupid the average person is and be terrified at the idea they vote, well here we are.
Is “cause you’re an idiot “ a good enough reason why???
We should all be as optimistic as the innocent souls who think they can get it "fixed cheap".
