Im sorry to say that to do these exploits you need a backdoor to let you inject server sided scripts. On normal games you can only execute client sided exploits which aren't as powerful.

It’s not a back door either. I think he gets permission from the micup owner to do this. Usually it is a back door when he exploits though also using a back door is a type of exploiting
