If you got the A5 portfolio for your 7x9, it happened to me too. The website is NOT cear at all. It's listed first like all the other pages, so I'm sure a lot more have done this. I wrote a letter asking why would they let a person who never ordered a A5 product get something out of the blue. I'm sorry I'm just sad that I've spent so much to 1st get the wrong planner then, this...only thing I got so far that was right were the pens. Thanks for letting me vent 😢

I think you got the wrong size folio. It looks like you got the A5 size instead because mine has four pen loops and it’s an 7x9

The daily duo is such a big planner. I’m willing to bet a 12 month fits better. I’m thinking an 18 month definitely would have the same issue as the daily.
