Thank you for the tip of sprouting Fenugreek seeds and using them for detox, I will have to give it a go, if my seeds are still viable - I bought them a couple of years ago! 🙂
i’ve had my fenugreek seeds in the cupboard for many years & the are still viable. i soak them overnight & then use a sprouting jar to sprout them. they taste amazing on salads.

I have been consuming fenugreek tea as a way to controlmy blood sugar. i don't smell any maple syrup or curry ..if course i bath 3 times daily :-)

For a while I was taking fenugreek so my sweat would smell like maple syrup. It worked! Haha

I just bought fenugreek tea hours ago to increase my milk supply 😆
Just swallow half tsp seeds with some water...believe me..breast milk will flow lyk crazy within just a few days
