Elton has no respect for others.
Ive noticed this and have only watched a couple of videos of these guys. He can be so persistent even if the others show concern and are clearly uncomfortable. There's def something dark in him influencing this and doesn't seem to want it to leave.

I feel like everyone got really pessimistic and couldn't get out of the mindset for a hot minute. I definitely agree with Elton though, are you there to just entertain or are you there to research and learn? You have to keep going. I feel like alot of the time over reacting to small things loses so much momentum and good communication.

I'm so glad I was the only person who seen the freaking candle do that I was like omg Elton whyyyehhhhh and y'all broke the circle like oufff as a wiccan that practice healing protection and tarrot ect. ,and has actually had 1v1 with nasty energys ,personally in my own home I cringe at the very inevitable with them constantly doing these overnight things that all these historically haunted places he's bound to get an attachment on him or even attacked multiple times before that happens I mean just look at that from Ghost adventures they seem to have the same infatuation with getting the answers for lack of better words. I can only hope that they can stay safe about this as much as they can throughout their journey mostly Elton because he's the ringleader LOL

I honestly feel really bad for Matt. He is out of his comfort zone, and the conversation when everyone came back inside- I can't imagine how panicked and angered he felt because his voice was not being heard. Also, I totally feel like Elton was not acting like himself this investigation. Over the years you can see how he becomes much more respectful of the spirits, but the whole thing with the seance and telling all of the evil things to attack Matt- I think he really pissed them off, so in return he punished the people he cares most about- his friends- to teach him a lesson (or to teach whatever was inside him a lesson).

He's jokingly adding things up. Elton was the first one attacked. So your story makes no sense. Elton is literally being Elton without a filter. He's comfortable now that he knows the possession process and what it could feel like. He's obviously more self aware and dedicated than Matt and Corbin

Fun fact, Corey experienced one of the most common indicators of a heart attack when he said his arm and ribs were hurting. It was the first thing my father experienced before his heart attack, and he shook it off because you wouldnt immediately think to connect that pain to your heart, but its the closest connection to your heart and the first thing you feel blocked

Leaving the building doesn't show fear. If you physically feel spirits are energetically hurting you or causing some extreme impact mentally as well, IT IS GOOD to get out of that situation and go outside. Spirits that are binded or stuck inside a dwelling usually have less grasp of you when you are outside a certain field of energy. Corey was in the right to leave the dwelling if his arm started hurting. Its what i would advise anyone going to a haunted location as well.
Spirits can SENSE fear. So if you're sitting through it still afraid, your fear will grow, they will feed off of that. Leaving the dwelling is not feeding into fear.
Eltons facts are super off... kinda annoying hearing some of the things he's saying about Spirits vs how they can actually affect you. Ive done this my whole life. I highly suggest taking some courses or classes from Patti Negri herself to make sure you are up to date on your info before dragging your crew to these places and jeopardizing their saftey for content or gaslighting them to go along with what you want.

Facts
Rules to a seance.
1. A single person, if there are more than one, needs to decide if they are willing to lead everyone else during a seance session (i.e. Elton technically was the one who lead everyone during this session, and he said and made the decision technically, that it was fine for Corbin and others to break hands and/or leave the table during the session).
2. The person who has decided to lead everyone else during a seance session is the one who sets all the boundaries and rules for the session both spiritually and physically and they're the acting presiding medium for that session, leading the session off with their own introductions, and telling the person to either their left or right to go next allowing everyone else in the seance to go in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction in their introductions around the table; clockwise to invite positive entities (i.e. you were going in a clockwise direction which means what Corbin experienced may have been traumatic but wasn't meant to be harmful, you can be assured of that, the same is true for Corey), counterclockwise to invite negative entities, and randomly around the table to invite neutral entities and also a mixture of others both positive and negative.
3. The person who has decided to lead everyone else during a seance session needs to be aware of everyone else's mental and physical conditions throughout the session, checking up on them if they appear to be uncomfortable, and the person leading the seance session can react accordingly.
4. If the person who has decided to lead everyone else during a seance session allows one or more people to break hands and/or leave the table during the session this is fine.
5. The person who has decided to lead everyone else during a seance session is the one who shuts the session down and that responsibility falls to them when everyone is done even if everyone else has left the table; it's not quite like a ouija board, only the person who leads, is the one who needs to shut it down when everyone else is done and no one else needs to be present for it.
P.S. Elton, you were the one who lead the session. So, yes, you were presiding medium of the seance session. Anyone can do it. And, therefore, you were the acting conduit of the session. Everything was flowing through you.
You can direct and hinder those energies and other things to the others if so desired. It gets filtered through the acting presiding medium of the session. In fact, that's what medium means, conduit. And, to your surprise and everyone else there and those who watch this video, proves that anyone can be a medium. Even the most skeptical person and even those who feel like these are gifts only a select few have.
This is why in the past during the Spiritualist movement of the late 1800's and early 1900's Development Circles were created by Spiritualists rate in their own homes to help everyone within Spiritualism hone their skills. It's not that only a select few can do it. As said, anyone can do it. There are those who never loose touch. But those who never loose touch and go their entire lives without honing those skills can actually be less effective than a person who takes the time to reconnect with what they once knew is true and hones their skills.
For anyone else interested in Modern Spiritualism, have a look at "Buckland's Book of Spirit Communications", by Raymond Buckland. And secondly, seances can take a lot out of you, and some people report having a painful arm or two after a seance. Some say it feels almost like they had been lifting weights for a long time and their arms feel heavy. Sometimes the feeling can be throughout the entire body. So don't worry too much in that department.
Third, as for the whole worry of possession thing during the seance session, I wouldn't worry too much. Seeing a vision of eyes during a seance session is not a sign of possession. But if one of the people sitting at the table were to look into Elton's eyes and see a second pair of eyes inside and behind Elton's eyes then there would be need of concern. That's of course if the medium did not allow the possession. Otherwise meaning, it's a partial possession, and the medium has full control of what's going on, kind of like what Patty did at the Cecil Hotel.
Another sign of possession in the eyes were to be if his eyes began to turn a shade of blue and started to faintly glow at the same time, kind of like what happen to the eldest daughter, Beth, when the Dandy family lived at the Hinsdale House in Hinsdale, New York. As for eyes turning black that's only a Hollywood fantasy playing on the fears of christians for horror and drama effect. Black is actually the color that's accepting of all things whereas white rejects all things and is actually not a color and therefore is nothing at all. Fourth, and finally, just as Elton explained, know that you are always in control and do not fear whatever it may be that a person may be dealing with or what you might encounter.
You sleep at night, do you not? So that means good things can come from darkness just as much as it does the light and also just as much bad can come from light as it does darkness, correct? If you go into either extremity, such as light is always better than darkness, you're blind and that's not good because now you can't see anything. All things are equal and everything has pros and cons. Sure, things can go bump in the night, but also during the day the sun can be in your eyes.

I have to say that I agree with much (not all!) that Elton says. You guys said it took you 6 years to get in this house, you had all the equipment and only the second set of people to get in there and film in that fabulous, haunted house. You are literally investigating the paranormal but you spend so much of that time, not only leaving the house, though Corbyn did have good reason too, but frightening yourselves silly and blaming everything on Elton. You then hear and agree with Elton when he explains that these more evil spirits feed off fear and not 5 mins later scaring yourselves again and whispering about Elton being possessed. I do understand you get scared, but you miss so many cool chances to investigate and make the most of where you are… it really isn’t all Elton’s fault, but if you think it is make that part iof what you try to uncover. I am pleased to see that you have moved on a great deal with preparing yourselves more. Just an observation from me and I truly wish you all well. ❤
The problem with Elton is that he provokes the others fear. He can't be a believer because he has no respect at all. All the others believe a lot more and Elton wants only to stir shit up for sake of views.
@@TinaMdot i don’t see Elton in the same light as you. He certainly is a sceptic and is definitely challenging beliefs because he is looking to see what is and isn’t true. He is pushing things to the limit and certainly along the way, he is learning things and I believe, has changed some of his views. He is a definite balance to the guys because, as they have spoken about, Elton comes from a position of no belief and Cory is a complete believer, that leads to a very interesting balance. If these guys really didn’t like this they would stop taking part. At least that’s how I see it.

@@TinaMdot While I do understand your point they are grown men who can choose to continue doing investigations. Both Corey and Corbin have walked off in the passed and made it clear they were uncomfortable but there are times where even they push themselves to be a part of it. I just think if it really bothered them that much they wouldn't be friends with Elton anymore or be in his videos.
Honestly, what Elton said is right. The more fear you feed these negativities, the stronger they are. I don't think Elton is possessed. Maybe influenced, yes, but his mindset going into these places is a lot safer than assuming you're protected and being mentally vulnerable.
But I do hope Elton reaches out to more witches and/or researches more into how to deal with these things. Even if there is no such thing as pure evil, there is evil intent/misaligned morals. You have to be very careful with how you interact and what you say because of this.
I'm excited to see Elton's spiritual growth. As a skeptic, he's the perfect type of person to go into spirituality imo.
If you see this Elton, a lot of witches/spiritualist are rooting for you and hope you learn more about how to safely interact with these entities!

Personally I don't believe one is stronger than the other. Negative energy can just as easily influence positive energy. But that's just what they are - energy. Just how we use energy to power our computers, lights and stoves; I believe negative and positive energies are utilized the same way. There's not one without the other. You can see this common thread within other religions as well as science (the yin and yang, electron balancing in chem, etc). I think the natural order of things is balance - not something based off of morals or other objective concepts like that.
One can't exist without the other, and one cannot completely override the other. This is what I believe gives entities and life consciousness - as there wouldn't be a need to be conscious if these two opposing energies didn't exist within you.
That's why I don't believe there is such thing as innate evil. Evil is subject to ones perspective, but compassion and connection are things most entities endulge in. Even if you don't see eye to eye, a conversation can be had as long as both sides have these traits, and is often why "ghost hunters" who are hostile and demanding are met with either silence or attacks.
But I do agree that negative energies are at least put off at the feeling of positive energy, just as positive energies are put off by negative ones. Sending out a positive energy rather than a neutral one increases the chances of not encountering negative energy.
(P.S negative and positive energies are also commonly referred to as low and high frequencies if you decide to do more research!)
I like that Elton helped talked them all down. He’s absolutely right! If you know you’re protected, there’s no need to fear it or run from it. Set boundaries and you’ll be fine. ❤️

I know that it's a common saying that investigators could tell entities what to do like "you're not allowed to follow us home" or set boundaries like you say. Just wondering... why do we believe that these spirits that show intelligence have to or even want to listen to what we say?
@@Badfish277 its a basis of energy, spirits are a remnant energy and are very limited to what they can do outside of .... territory, origin source, ETC. if you dont offer them a source for them to feed on outside of their zone they can't do much.
If they were a human spirit stranger danger is still a thing they may not want to follow someone out of their comfort zone.
if it wasn't a human spirit then it could draw energy from "another place" to continue following said person around. if this is the case it is immensely difficult to pin down what type and how to deal with it.
most "intelligent" spirits are/were human (are people still humans when they die?) and already tethered to something so thats not a real big concern.

so after Corey asked if the stabbing pain Corbin felt was a spirit who got stabbed making him feel their pain, I had the thought about the little girl who ate the poisoned wafer... that would definitely create stabbing pains in your stomach, that might be the spirit that was affecting Corbin

At 31:26 the candle at the far end of the table in front of Elton and Corbin's joined hands goes out and then it relights at 32:23 when Corbin gets up from the table and suddenly isn't feeling well. And then it goes back out at 33:08 when Elton talks about how them breaking the circle is bad. Then when they cut back to the table with just Elton and Matt the candle is lit again at 34:13. And then at 34:55 the candle when out again after all the cat balls went off. and then when Elton is talking to the ghosts and joking about something happening to Matt it lights itself again at 36:08. then it goes back out again at 37:47. And then it is lit again at 39:20. And then it is out again at 39:26 and then it relights at 40:03 when Elton notices the candle is back on as well as the middle candle. Then at 40:25 both the far candle and the middle one are both out again right after they start the seance again. Then at 41:04 the far candle is back on again after Elton says he sees something weird and is shaking his head. And then the far candle flicks off at 41:36. At 42:40 the far candle is back on. At 43:06 both the candles go off right after the other and Elton sees. At 43:46 both candles are back on. At 43:54 the back candle turns back on. At 44:13 the back candle is back on. At 44:45 the back candle is back on. At 45:24 the far candle and middle one are back on. At 49:00 when they come back the candles are back off again and it looks like many of the other candles have also gone out.
For almost 20 minutes the same candle goes on and off as they are doing the seance and then progressively more candles start the flick on and off too. So cool. Love your videos!

I’m SHOOK that you guys mentioned the dog, Dolly!! I’ve been to the Whaley House three times, the first was about 10 years ago. I was taking a guided tour and they let us walk around the house to explore. I was upstairs looking into one of the bedrooms near the theater (you can’t actually walk in because it’s closed off) when I felt something brush against my leg. No one was ANYWHERE near me and I had my iPod in hand at the time so I immediately started snapping pictures of the floor near my leg. When I looked through them, in one of the pictures was a full shadowy face of a dog that looked similar to some sort of small terrier… so cool to hear you guys talk about it!! So excited for part 2!!! Ps EVAN GIVE US THE PAPER!

Omg I just noticed people replied to this lmao. I still have the picture! I posted it on my Facebook when it happened, August 2012 and I was near the master bedroom. I never showed the tour guide because I didn’t notice the lil face until after I left and was going through my pictures :p but I felt something brush my ankle when it happened, so I asked the tour guide and they told me the Whaleys had a small dog and black cat!

This is the first time I’ve ever seen Corbin genuinely shook up. I don’t want anyone to experience something like what Corbin did in this video but I have to say it gives me some sort of satisfaction knowing that a sceptic experiences something that is so abnormal you couldn’t create an explanation for it. Yup sadly I have experienced what Corbin did and experienced worse than that throughout my years I've seen the purest sould and the darkest of dark it's not a pleasant sight to see.... I hope to never come across an evil entity ever again, I've had an ex be so obsessed with a thing called the "goatman" he comes to people in their worst times idk but this thing came to me in dreams (last time I saw it was a dream it was almost an outer body experience) and I also saw it in person very scary as I stared at it the more I felt it was going to do physical harm (it didn't thankfully) but yes I've had my share fairs I can handle some demonic but not all
I have recently been binging this show. Elton is my favorite, by far, you keep doing your thing man! He is chill while everyone around him is freaking out.

@@XxforevercandygirlXx sorry I don't feel there is adequate proof provided. Can't even really prove the equipment actually picks up on ghosts. I have seen a couple episodes where Elton said he experienced absolute proof, but for one reason or another didn't capture it.

Something to also take in, is the fact that we all have an imagination and we can control it. Corey, Matt and Corbin's fear alone is going to do more damage than the actual ritual Elton had done. Elton doesn't carry fear with him, that's why he's the least affected. Y'all are pulling that negative energy towards you guys without realizing that Elton's strong will is exactly what's protecting him and not you guys.
