Hey Boice so I am going to make your Crunchyroll Hime and I was wondering can I just collapse all the creases instead of making the stick figure and pulling out flaps. Just wanted a few tips for her, and Awesome work!
Awesome! Collapsing all at once is definitely possible but will be alot harder than making the stick figure first and then pulling the flaps. I recommend you start like how I kind of showed. My recommended order would definitely be to do: Stick figure, arms and middle flap, invert middle flap, legs, head/hair, dress/top of dress.
The benefits of Origamido increase in proportion to the skill level of a folder. An expert folder will find much more uses for origamido quality than beginner or intermediate folders.
@@doxasnike4789 Beginner, intermediate, and advanced folders might not find Origami-do to be "that much better" than other handmade papers, especially for the price. But in the hands of someone like Robert J. Lang or Satoshi Kamiya, they can maximize the special traits that origami-do offers other papers
Actually, this one is colored! I dyed the paper with stone colored acrylic. I also sold one of these that I dyed a metallic orange with the same paper.
I won't make one for this version, but you can find the v3 tutorial on my channel! After understanding crease patterns (I also have tutorials) and making v3, this one is achievable from crease pattern
