For the WindFree series, activate the autoclean by holding the options settings for 3 secs. Deactivate autoclean by turning on the ac and going to options>clean>set

@@silentstorm7507 no it won't. For you to remove the dust, you need to remove the filter (it is located on the top of the AC for the new unit) after removing the filter, you can spray it with water and let it dry before re-attaching the filter to the AC.
Samsung AC is a scam. i bought it in april. after it was installed it started showing an error and then it would shut down. After just 1 month of buying i had to continuously lodge complaints. The technician on 1st visit said that the connection was not done properly by the installation team. He then stopped the leakage. After 2 days the AC again started displaying the same error. The technician visited and opened outdoor unit and found that the pipes inside had a hole due to which the gas leaked. I mean wtf! First samsung sells a defective unit, then it takes 2 weeks to repair. Then again it takes 2 weeks to repair. Then it takes 2 weeks to send a new part for replacing inside the unit. They do not value customer, after sales service is shitty and customer care buffoons tell me that i should learn to operate the AC properly. c'mon man it's not rocket science to operate an AC. After 2 months of this tussle, my AC is not working and now i have to lodge complaint once again. I should have rather bought whirlpool/midea which are cheaper and reliable. Summer months are over and still i don't have my AC working, what use is this dumb box of yours if i had to use a cooler all summer.

In Ist service of new samsung ac , indoor unit is not opened at all, only filter on the upper side of indoor ac is detached and washed with water by samsung mechanic. Rinsing water on filter is the only service samsung provides I have seen other ac brand where their mechanic use to open the indoor unit, and spray on all parts ,then check each part individually
Can I continue to run the air conditioner during auto-clean? Or do I need to wait till auto clean is finished before resuming use of the air conditioner?

My AC was leaking water, I then tried the self clean just to see if it can help solve the problem and it did. I had to text the guy who cleans the AC not to come.
@@claradelossantos5416 You can also get it in mid priced AC. I don't have Samsung, I got Super General AC. It uses the same technology, now many new advanced AC have them. I had it for 2 years now and yet it was the first time I used Self Clean just out of curiosity because I was fed up with the water leakage every 3 to 6 month and bringing someone to clean it because of it. I googled it and now I know why it does a good Job to fix the problem, that's one of the reasons I came here to this video. Self Clean is totally so worth it. Now I feel like life is so much easier Lol.
Don't buy Samsung AC, they are not good in this field, it is just an offering as part of their ecosystem I understand. I fell for their 5star power rating. Poor performance and lack of settings. Over complicated remote, and no settings persists if power is gone. I already paid and replaced the LED display within 2 years with hardly a few months usage. Poor customer support. The wind guide is dumb, it cannot be adjusted and saved, it goes to close position and comes back to mid position every time. Buy AC specialist brands, be it any.
Absolutely i wish I had seen tour comment earlier. Now I have to samsung AC and really frustrated with the lack of basic features like horizontal swing and remote light. Also now the flap is making noise while swinging and even their service engineer also not able to figure out why it’s happening. Really disappointed

@@Jameer_1999 press and hold the "options(clean 3 seconds)" button for 3 seconds when the A/c is on. it will disable the auto clean function.

When i press clean it goes into CF1 for 4 seconds and that was it what a scam
It only starts cleaning when you turn the unit off. You will see a percentage on the display
