Solid round of concepts and adjustments.
Definitely understand allowing the RBs to use a basic outline and make the play work for themselves.
And keeping a FB or motioning someone in to kick out.
Out of 10's we are toying with using the Jet action but giving power to the Slot and having the RB become the Kickout blocker

I've followed NDSU football since the time I played against them in 1988 final four in ND. They ran the triple in those days like a machine with precision. When they began running power that peaked my interest in they schemed blocking assignments. The high school team I've been coaching are mostly a 20 personal in the pistol. We mostly run counter with OG kicking and H leading. We have been able to get really good movement laterally on 3 tech down to the 2i. I don't coach the R or the H, which are out of sync with the OL very often. A gap has been wide open but H not square and gets spilled, even though I've said he is drifting to the running back coach. The R won't run down the hash to the outside leg of the OG because they have not been taught patients and trust the process; therefore, we have R's thinking they faster than they are and subsequently bounce out into the pursuit. Saving space is not something they understand when running power/counter.
