Absolute better of a video mate!!, I was entertained, learned the differences and didn’t feel it was a sales video at all, brilliant job with the whole project !!! ❤
Thank you Graeme, I put a lot of effort into editing this one, purely for my own enjoyment too!! So it's nice when someone like yourself, who also puts a lot of effort into their editing, recognises it. Much appreciated mate 🙌🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Another great video Mark, the small amount of differences mean I'll just keep using my pro v2 as I can't really justify spending £50 on something that works exactly the same as the lance I've already got. Keep up the good work sir👍
Does this mean the end for quick test tuesday? Anyway, top content, Mark. Im convinced that MJJC have simply found new packaging for old ideas, not that I'm saying that's bad, i mean, that's exactly what xar manufacturers do with a mod life facelift. I'm glad you plumped for a lower amount of chemical too, and just goes to show how misleading a label can be. Whether or not my granite hard water would require another 10ml or so would be interesting. 8 days in a week, I did chuckle, given our recent chat. All the best bud, keep doing what you're doing.
Massive thank you Lee 😊👍🏼 And to answer your question, no... the quick test Tuesday videos are going nowhere lol - they won't be every week and there will be the odd 'feature' video like this thrown in, maybe even 50/50... Who knows, we'll see 😊
Thank you lad 🙂 Well I don't want you to be disappointed but performance wise there's not much difference, maybe a bit better because it's newer! But that quick connection is really nice 👌🏼 looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it 👍🏼
Another easy watch. A couple of thoughts from myself: The colour scheme is OK for me and I like the features i.e. the pick up weighted and filtered end and the wide neck along with being able to adjust the spray from vertical to horizontal. Negatives for me are the price, the fact that when I try to enter their website my anti virus rejects the site due to phishing activity. With regards the foam I am not sure the presence of Palm Oil is something I want to use due to de forestation for growing it even though it is a crop in my country of birth in Nigeria unless I am showing complete ignorance if all snow foams and soap contain palm oil.
They're actually available now form most UK retailers - in2detailing, CleanYourRide etc. Can also get them on Amazon but I won't send a link because that's £20 more expensive! The palm oil is a contentious issue but I'll plead ignorance and say I don't know enough to say how much it's used in the industry - I've heard that for this stuff it's sourced from specifically farmed sources rather than natural if that helps... I've also no idea how much or little is even in these bottles! Thanks, as always, for watching and commenting John 👍🏼👍🏼
Another excellent production Mark! I've found myself really enjoying using the s lance now that I've dialed in the best pattern to use for the products i have to get maximum efficiency. I've seen a few reviews where people just layer it on super thick and say its crap but they clearly haven't taken the time to work out how best to use it.
Thank you Dave 😁🙌🏼 I couldn't agree more - that dial on the top is there for a reason!! A bit of trial and error and you can get the foam exactly as you like it with pretty much any product 👌🏼
Another great in depth review I’m little impressed with this foam cannon in particular the screw quarter turn top that’s a nice feature thanks for the vid.
Thank you Brian. That quarter turn connection really is a great feature. Quite an underrated foam cannon tbh, not cheap but under £50 puts it in the same price bracket as it's genuine competitors and the quality is there 👍🏼
Nice comparison/update, I really like my MJJC’s not much difference between them once your over the looks though is there. Glad you gave the shampoo another chance I think the dilution is much more realistic than the instructions.
Thanks Nick. Yeah 100ml was just fat too much and totally unnecessary! Using it at 20-30ml still produces more than enough suds! And agree, it's purely cosmetic difference, buy both new and they'll perform exactly the same!
I really liked this one Mark, great comparison of the 2 and probabaly the best iv seen so far. Iv got both and really like them. The twist on the v3 really is good although iv started to find with use the white seals on the bottle and inside the gun have started to come loose now and again.
Thank you Andy 🙌🏼 really appreciate that! Interesting you say that about the white seals. Happened to me a couple of times but hasn't done it for a while, maybe I've just been lucky since I reseated them!
Great review again Mark 👍👍. Nice to see you used the shampoo in the new lance as it was probably intended for. I liked that you used your own judgement call for the dilution aswell. Thankfully you haven't lost your touch with the Sparklean Flip 🤣🤣, I was waiting with bated breath...Will he or won't he flip...answer YEH 👏👏
Thank you Paul 🙌🏼🙌🏼 That flip is going nowhere 🤣🤣 To be honest I was really happy with this edit, and it's persuaded me to focus more on this style of editing! In terms of the dilutions, that's the problem with my own rules when making the Quick Test Tuesday videos, having to go with exactly what it says on the bottle!! Sometimes I look at them and know straight away that it's either wasting product or wasting time! But I have to roll with it! So when I make 'normal' videos, it's nice to use my own initiative!
@@SparkleanAutos I know what you mean but sometimes when you follow the labels you can prove you don't need as much product as they say and you've proved it. Glad to hear that the flip is hear to stay 🙂🙂
Not watched the review till later today. But can’t for the life of me think why I bought the version 3 after binning version 2. Same problem of too thick dragging foam off even at minimum dilution then the cleaning power is diminished. Just couldn’t settle on an alternative that wasn’t a punt
Hi Trev - as you'll see in the video, mechanically there's practically no difference between the 2 other than a few cosmetic changes and only one component that I can find! As for the foam, I had similar issues the first few times but after adjusting the dial with a bit of trial and error, I have got the foam consistency exactly where I want it with most products 👌🏼👍🏼
Great comparison 👍 I’m in temporary possession of the S v3 and it is a quality piece of kit! It’ll be interesting to see if the next version of the Pro uses that handy twist top
I've had that exact conversation with a few people Craig! It's so simple yet so handy!! Only small thing is the white seal rings at the top can come loose - only happened once for me but I'm not the only one easily fixed but could get annoying if it happens regularly... Maybe they could look at that too 🤔
Useful comparison. Unfortunate that a backward step has been made with the beaker. Tall is not the way to go and neither is a smaller opening. Paves the way possibly for a Pro version 3 ?
I have to agree .. The higher centre of gravity is definitely a massive drawback Although they are technically 2 different models, it's natural people will compare the 2 and for me the Pro still has the edge 👍🏼
another top video. are you experimenting with slow-mo camerawork or have i just been oblivious to your past efforts to entertain? either way, looks good! The ik 360 sprayer has a flexi pickup pipe. amazing the features you never knew you needed until you have them.
Thank you, much appreciated 🙌🏼 I've always played about with the editing but when I watch some channels it's just the same video over and over with a different car or different products - I like to try and make each of mine a little different so it's nice when people notice the changes lol - there will be a lot more with this style coming up 👍🏼👍🏼 Totally agree about the pick up, quite a few products have little niche 'inventions' you wouldn't think of but couldn't be without now!

Nope, not into the machine - that can clog the machine over time - I just put soaps/snow foams into the lance, they're much easier to clean out 👍🏼
