The table looks good❣️ I hope your neck feels better quick. Before you soak in the tub, put an ice pack on it for 10-20 minutes. The ice reduces the swelling around the nerves and discs, but it tends to make the muscles contract. The warm soak will take care of that. Very, very gentle stretching in the warm water - not to the point of pain - will help unknot them too. Trying too hard is what got me disabled. Single moms are the worst when it comes to trying too hard. Also, we never listen, which is why I only give take-it-or-leave-it advice. I won’t be offended if you don’t try it.
