      DUDEEEEEEE KILLED IT!!!’ I Use Epedemic sounds all the time and my most recent video was actually inspired by you, about the 24MM 1.4
      I am a small TH-camr working on tech reviews and full time project manager for a construction company. Hence why this video caught my eye because I love taking photos of architecture. Most recent pics on my IG @omar.hamati
      Question. I have the 1DX MII with 50mm, 24mm, 70-200mm MIII and 16-35mm. Thinking of getting the 35mm 1.4 or 85mm, thoughts?
      If you’re in NYC again would love to shoot with you or help film to 120fps :-)
      Omar

      Great video, really enjoy all the tips and the ideas to take with you in creating. The only thing i would miss is examples of the settings (shutter, iso, aperture) that was used in the different photos taken (maybe just in text when showing the pictures), but really informative video

    • @AlenPalander
      @AlenPalander  5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks buddy. The price difference between the two is big so I would take that into consideration. Also, what you plan to use them for. I've used the 35mm more than any other lens in my early start to photography. 85 is great for portraits. You have to look at the purpose then decide. Hope that helps.

    Hi Alen,
    Thanks for sharing al these insights.
    What lens would you recommend for an APS-C censor? Given the 1.6x crop the focal length of the 24-70 will be great but wouldn’t I lose too much on the field of view as 24mm for architecture?

    • @ScottWebb27
      @ScottWebb27 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Q. Why everybody loves 'Zombie Apocalypse' look alike tone? Every IG/YT photographers and videographer used these kind of LUTs or maybe some adjustment (don't know much about LR and PS, AE/Pr/DaVinci Resolve etc.. ).
    A. Because humans are too bored to the LIVE and TRUE COLOR/TONE of our Earth.

    That's easy...16-35, 24-70, 70-200. They are good for everything...portraits, events, landscape, photojournalism...So what's the point? We are not talking about architecture, we are talking about "cityscapes'.
