A robbery at a local market sees the use of automatic weapons, the fifth robbery in a week where such weapons are used. This time, several people are injured or killed. Kevin and Frank, along with Tom, are sure that the weapons are tied to Kyle Booker, a criminal they believe stole a military shipment. As they begin their investigation, they cannot get anyone to tie Booker to the sales.
