P.S. 'Cold Lake' is one of the worst albums in the history of music. It's definitely unique, but there's a reason why no-one else decided to sound like that. Sometimes things are one of a kind because they are really, really bad...

That is absolutely not true. The overwhelming majority of Japanese people can barely speak any English at all. He is obviously an exception as he speaks English very well.
