Wasn't a big fan of the Judds until recently stumbled on a clip of Wynonna talking a moment about the song coming next (live concert) which was I CAN ONLY IMAGINE. 6.19 min long. She has had more than her share of heartaches. After what she said before singing the song made me a fan for life!
Love this! My granny had a jukebox at her house back in the day when this came out. We wore this song out. She hated it....haha. It always brings back such great memories for me from my childhood.
Contemporaries of the Judds were The Sweethearts of The Rodeo, which were a sister act. Best known for "Midnight Girl/Sunset Town", I feel there cover of Johnny Cash's "Get Rhythm" is just awesome.
Eastern Ky artists. You can’t go wrong with some great Appalachian country music. Love my East Ky roots. I appreciate your appreciation for good music. Check out a new up and comer from the mountains Tyler Booth. His song Palomino Princess is fantastic and reminds me of George Strait sound but he has a lot of other great music.
Their harmonies were so beautiful. We used to see them on Ralph Emery's tv show a lot. He called them the "soap sisters" because they tried to live the old-fashion way. I see their song Grandpa is mentioned several times. I also like John Deere Tractor, which is beautiful in its own way. I don't know how you will ever catch up with all our suggestions.
The other daughter in the family, Ashley, Is not only a very talented actress, but also a Super Fan of Kentucky Wildcats basketball. She is at most games.
You need to see the live version mother Judd completes it and it is hilarious as only she could. The 1st time she did it shocked Wynonna and then it just grew on me.
Yes! Such an underrated song. I think my ancestors and all four of my grandparents and all 8 great grandparents and both of my parents are looking out for me where ever they are.
Thank you so much for doing this song! Loved the Judds ever since I was little. Their music always takes me back to better times. As already mentioned, "Grandpa (Tell Me 'Bout The Good Old Days)" is another must listen, along with "Why Not Me."
This was one of their best, if not their best. Thanks! Other terrific ones by The Judds: Why Not Me Young Love (Strong Love) Grandpa (Tell Me ‘Bout the Good Old Days)
@Randall King Quick question, as I am editing at this very moment a video by Randall King-“Hey Cowgirl”-this wouldn’t happen to be you, would it? If so, I am happy I figured that out at long last!
@@RockN2Country no, but he got started while here in Lubbock. He was a student at Texas Tech while I was working here. Small world. I played drums in a Texas country band named West Texas Jukebox around Lubbock, so you’re not the first person to ask.
@Randall King Good stuff. The video will be up this Friday if it isn’t blocked, and you’ll see the comments I make about the Randall King question-ha!! I’m gonna leave them in there just for the fun of it.
@Randall King After editing and uploading it to the channel, it is blocked worldwide. I reacted to his video of the song, and I liked it A LOT (gave it a 9.4). But such is the nature of the beast.
You should try Grandpa by the Judd's that's one of my favorite Judd songs . This was also thanks so much for doing this song . Judds were great .
That made a perfect 10 for me. Love what I hear.
I have loved these ladies from the start when I was a child. Still one of my favorites ever. Please do more Judds

Hard to believe this came out so long ago this was my wife and my song 38yrs ago when we were first married we are still together..
Grandpa, is about as good as it gets , when it comes to the Judds . It’s also a great commentary on modern times .
that song was written out of my heart

Guardian Angel by the Judds is one of my favorites and I don’t think it was played on the radio. I used to sing it to my kids when they were babies.

One of my favourite judds songs along with 'love can build a bridge' maybe that could be the next judds song you react to. Well done on this one Don
letting my heart lead me story of my life
This was one of their best, if not their best. Thanks!

Brooks & Dunn. So many hits, but a few to start with would be My Maria, The Long Goodbye, Indian Summer, Red Dirt Road, My Next Broken Heart, etc...
The Judd's have many great songs. A lot of people have mentioned Grand pa, Young Love, is very good too.
Since it’s been awhile you should react to the live version. Their chemistry is unmatched
John Deere Tractor is another of the many great ones
Falling in love is magical, staying in love is very hard work
I believe this was their first hit, and possibly their best!
If it wasn’t their first hit, it certainly made them a household name/was a megahit.
It's a classic!
I see "Grandpa" has already been recommended. These are probably their best two.
you really need to listen to Pinkard and Bowden, "Mama she's lazy"
Yes it’s so funny!
the title came from the line in a soap opera one of them heard
There's a parody to this song called Mama hes lazy
RIP Naomi Judd. Sad day
WYNONNA is brilliant!
Can you do she is his only need by the judds
