One of my all time favorite Bally machines. The most brutal yet most fun early-ish SS games. Ive never played it set to sequencial Paragon letters. Always random. And yes, it can be completed! LoL. Ive got to have my buddy set his machine to sequencial now!!! 😆👍💯
Nice! "367 not bad considering my first four games ere under 10,000". Yup.. that's paragon! :) Great game, thanks for sharing. I don't think I've ever spelled Paragon.. generally, I've lost all control by the time the cliffs are open.
Haha indeed! When I got the machine the setting was on random scrolling Paragon letters and that is impossible so I just recently changed it to sequential and that is the 1st time I spelled Paragon actually! Have not had the game all that long though so that is a good excuse too :)
I used to play this as a teen in the early 80's. My machine had one of those rubber bands in the beast lair so the ball couldn't drain on that left side. I actually lost more balls through that dual-flipper setup. Great machine though.
I miss playing these types of pinball. Future Spa was one of my favorites.
The bally's super wide bodies are great
Paragon is like a cat… “I’ll let you play with me when I want to be played with.”
And then tears you to shreds lol!

It is a classic for sure. Most tournaments it is set to sequential but this weekend at Pintastic New England I see they had it set to random!
I may have played this game before.
They made a lot of them!!!
Absolutely enjoyed your video and glad you kept the glass on. Getting my Paragon this Saturday.
Awesome you will enjoy it for sure!!! Great game!
Thanks mike for posting with such great video, I wanted to check out the play on this machine
Thanks man. Glad you enjoyed. Thanks for the post!
This was my first pinball machine in 1990. I think the artwork (of Paul Faris) is the most beautiful ever. I don't own this machine anymore.
Awesome! Yes he is one of the best pinball artists for sure!
It kills me when I lose the ball between the dual flippers.

Your drop targets are mismatched. Lazy.
This game is unforgiving. All your shots count. What are you shooting at?
For sure! It was a while ago but I believe multiplier drop targets and spinner action!
Worst pinball player ever
Indeed!
The best pinball player can be worst on PARAGON.

Haha nice!!! I call that getting scissored!!
