@@jagwiresouljah3839 Well, you have the players for 4-5 seasons, you can't replace the whole team in one off season, so it would be smart to find the scheme that works for the players you have.
-Duel Threat QB -#15 -from Jax, FL Gotta get some goal line jump pass and other Tebow plays in the playbook. The kid grew up idolizing Tim and the Gators didn’t even want him
I think a spread playbook (Georgia Tech potentially) may be a great fit for this team while keeping personnel mostly the same. If Kunalic struggles against C Michigan, maybe bench him and keep the redshirt? He has that it factor but this team isn’t ready for him, especially the offense.
I haven’t seen this verified anywhere yet on Twitter or OS, but I have had a theory for a few weeks that the user sliders may still impact gameplay for slow sim for your team. There just seems to be a jarring distance in play style between true cpu teams and slow sim cpu user teams that isn’t attached to just the playbook.
The Robert Stafford play against Iowa was very reminiscent of Kyle Boller era Ravens football. Absolutely no touch on his passes, just drilled everything as hard as he could. Would hit a guy in the shoulder, helmet, or hands and it would bounce 40 feet in the air to be picked off by a defender just standing around with no other Raven anywhere near him. The normal chill Jonathan Ogden, the big, 6'9'' 380lbs HOF LT even got sick of Boller. In one game Boller drilled him in teh back of the helmet with a pass. On the second one he turned around and screamed something at Boller, then turned to the sidelines with his hands out wide and asked, "What in the [heck] are we doing?!"
Hurricane - been following the series! I have two questions: 1. What do you have auto subs at? 2. Do you have ball hawk/heat seeker on or off? Thank you in advance 👊🏻
I think you need to adjust the way you recruit. Once you hit top 5, you need to pitch as soon as possible. Take Jared Foster. You only had conference prestige checked, true. But he had a dealbreaker for championship contender, which clues you into his second motivation. Now you can look and see what pitches align with those two. If one exists, bingo. Hard sell it. Otherwise, you can soft sell 2 or more pitches to hedge your bets. Even sells with 2/3 correct will still help EDIT: you did it. Good job lol
CANE! Just an FYI, a player that is a bust means his Skill Caps won’t be very high. So when you scout a 4 or 5 star player that turns out to be a bust, he will still probably have good starting points because he’s a 4 or a 5 star player. But he won’t be able to improve much.
Kunalic showing he has some dawg in him. You can tell he's selling out and going hard for that W at ND. Just a story of everything going wrong. Shembo misses a FG from the old school PAT distance. Kunalic did throw a pick, but the dagger was the fumble by Johnson. But, look at it this way, you were going toe to toe with the 8th ranked team in college with a true freshman at QB.
Offense is performing in some ways better than advertised. At least against ND, missed field goal inside the 5, fumble inside the 20 returned for a TD. Just gotta finish a little better.
Since you have a QB that can run, if there is still an option for a generic Multiple Offense, I would go with that. It pretty much runs a bit of everything and will get the ball into the hands of all your playmakers. The QB will run options, your RBs will get carries, and the offense being so variable will keep the defenses off balance and really open up some passing lanes.
For Marques Daniels - pitch him on something that doesn't have Proximity to Home in his top 3, but has at least 1 other thing from his top 3. Then you should now have 4-5 green checkmarks instead of 3 and you can hard sell on those things.
Can you please post Fletcher's SPD, AGI, and ACC please? He always looks like he's running like he's stuck in mud. He doesn't have the juice to dance around in the backfield on the counters, RPO's. He's more of a direct line kind of runner. He can't turn the corner outside. He needs to be doing between the tackles runs.
I've noticed in my Dinasty my line (all 90+ starters, best line I've ever had, mid to high 80s for backups) did not create a lot of good running looks for my RBs and when I looked into it I realised something: Blocking ratings are stupid in this game. I had guys at 99 in Power and normal, but only 71 in Finesse and some in the 90s in power and finesse, but only 60s with the normal rating. And you see it show up when you run a zone play an your line is better at Power, it looks ugly.
College is allowed to have multiple players have the same number with the amount of players that are on college rosters and the unavailability of retired numbers
It's a fool's errand expecting your offensive line to block for you in this game. I have 90s ol and they regularly get pushed around by people in the '70s.
Has anyone else noticed that the rest of the country doesn’t have sim stats? Like in my cal dynasty; after 9 games only 2 players have a thousand rushing yards. It’s a little weird no?
Careful with autosubs… they don’t effect rotations…. I know. Right? They only effect playstyle. Guys will play less aggressively if they know they will be subbed out upon getting tired. I was curious to know if matt10 knew any specifics on this system.
Am I the only person that's noticed that Cane increasingly spends a lot of times in videos talking about making changes rather than doing it? "I want to speed up the progress on these videos" "We need to be able to run the ball more" "I need to stop throwing INTs". He then doesn't do these things. Edit sliders, increase speed of progress but don't spend 4 or 5 videos talking about it when you control the content we see. Clearly the running numbers are out of whack and don't reflect the sim experience he wants, if he want this to change then he needs to do something about it. I've watched Cane for years but I just feel like there's a stagnant feel to the way Cane talks about his projects that takes away from the awesome content he shows.
I’ve been trying to do my own dynasty, how do I do this watch mode on it? It won’t allow me to or at least I can’t find the option it’s either sim or play not watch
i dont undertand how EA released this game with so many bugs when theyve had literally 10 years to make it. Typical EA man!!! Have you compared the playbooks from madden to college football 25? They look very very similar........im starting to think madden was a rebranded CFB25 or considering the amount of bugs and CFB25 being so unpolished could it be a little of both being rebrands of one single development?
Kunalic looks like hes always leaning backwards and throwing from his back foot. Looks like really bad throwing motion. the throws always look late because of it
It's time to change the playbook. The scheme doesn't fit the players
Or the players don't fit the scheme...👀

I think it would be a good idea to try the South Carolina playbook!
Slider wise, dropping the interception slider seems like a must
SC playbook for the win!!!

@realzFlash This is also the case in Madden, slow sim produces completely different stats than super sim
So you think user sliders should be boosted or lowered? Cuz I kinda second this but not sure which way they should go tbh
@@timlett99 honestly probably just importing his sliders from the Buffalo dynasty with a few minor tweaks would probably see better gameplay
Iowa cashed the over ‼️
I think Kunalic did well against Notre Dame. CJ jr fumble was backbreaking
I’d try to up the stamina a bit. I’ve been playing with it at 80 and get a nice rotation and guys don’t ever disappear like they used to
Eery how accurate that Iowa game was…catch us at Kinnick next year tho Cane(s) lol

Plazz #79 LG completely whiffed 4xs on the counter leading to loss yardage. Might take a look at Tommy Kinsler at that spot

Had some good success with Tennessee veer and shoot and the generic spread option playbook

Great technique for recruiting players who can stack 80 hours. Send the house + Sway. When the sway kicks in, you can hard sell AND soft sell.

Cain you can sometimes hard sell without knowing all 3 interests by using the info you do have. dealbreaker and the other x's youve learned will help
In my dynasty, Minchey became the ND starter and was a heisman contender the entire season
“He’s lined up in Ohio” made me laugh 😂

CJ24 needs the ball as much as possible
Johnny Boone is definitely a player where you always have to call him by his full name rather than just last
Getting Jerome Bettis flashbacks from Iowa there

Every thought of cutting games like ESPN clips or highlights to fly through them?
As a miami hater, the start to this season had me kinda down. Shout out to ND for doing what needs to be done.
Try using offensive coordinator playbook
40:18 I legit fell to my knees and let out a loud "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" scream. Kunalic's teammates let him DOWN I tell you!!! I still believe!!!

Yeah, the playbook definitely needs a change.
just change to the S Carolina playbook breh

Time to turn down the minimum speed threshold. Kunalic should be able to have more escape ability. Zero is common for that slider.

Slow sim
Hit square/X to bring up sim speed, set to slow, and pick a point for it to end (end of possession/quarter/etc.)
move one of he TE's to fiullback
