Smoked Pork Belly on the Big Green Egg: Burnt Ends, Sliced, Pulled!

  • Smoked pork belly! During this cook, I used about a 1/3 of the pork belly for burnt ends and smoked the other 2/3 whole. The burnt ends turned out great, and the other 2/3 that I smoked the same was as a pork butt turned out super moist as well! When I do this again, I’ll probably trim off some of the fat cap after the cook before I pull it just to reduce some of the pork fat in the pulled product, but the taste and texture was great!
