Just to clear up confusion: The tanktop is bugged, it's supposed to be available in Misc category but in one of the patches for the game Ubisoft accidentally removed the category from the tanktop making it inaccessible, the only way to get it is to either restart the game and never change the top, wear a DLC top and uninstall the DLC or use mods
So let me tell y’all a story… so basically, I hacked this dude and he was talking about a reference to the assassins creed series, and he said unity and syndicate, so when I hacked into the Ubisoft office, it showed a throwback poster of Arno and Elise😭💀.
