Always a good trip. Half a Lynx could get you a whole one next year. You make good smelly stuff with that cat. Thanks for bringing us along. Keep on keeping on Mr.
Hey Jason, Yeah, damn wolverine getting that cat...friend used some old metal garbage cans from the dump for his trap sets...wolverines beat the crap on that metal, like playing the drums...he drags some chewed up bait chunks on his trap trail...got a couple of nice bobcats... stay warm...Cheers from Maine.
Great adventure Brother! Glad you caught that Wolverine. Looks like some beautiful fur on it. Damndest thing catching that Fisher by the tail and balls. Once those Belisles get ahold they normally don't let go. I'm looking forward to the next show!
Jason, gidday from the Ottawa valley, that sucks about the cat but glad you got the wolverine. Love your stuff man, I'm a busted up guy who wishes he could be doing and living your life. I will keep watching and live vicariously through you. Keep it coming. And thanks for sharing this with us.
That was a nice Fisher! We have some big ones up here in northern NY on the border with Cornwall Ont, we don't have a marten season in my area that's more south in the Adirondack mountains but I have caught a couple in my fisher sets but I have to sell cheap since I cant get any pelt seals for them
Minnesota Rancher. Great work Jason. If you would ever consider selling a wolverine to a cowboy from the States, keep me in mind. I have a small collection of furs, would like to add a wolverine to it, enjoy your videos, would be happy to buy one from you. I believe it may have to be tanned to ship. Take care.
Really great video Jason, really have enjoyed following along again this year. Really sucks that you lost that lynx, but at least you were able to catch a wolverine in same place a little later. Your dinners always make me hungry.🙂
Hey, still punching away at it Jason and getting some fur and some not so fur as we all do eh? I'm at the wood now a little bit at a time, lot harder than last few years! Good luck with it bud. Take care
Great Video Jason. Happy to see you got that wolverine. shame about the cat. not easy to get a clean catch on a fisher or marten with a 330. so not really much you can do about that. Thanks for the video. have a good week looking forward to the next one. all the best
Very good catch. Real happy to see a video I thank you plus work comes first. Be careful out there going back in forth on the road and snow mobile 💯💯💯💯💯👍🏾
Dang it Jason, I know how that bugs you when the wolverine get your lynx. That is a shame but you do your best. I snared a coyote today on the line, in a wolf snare. Wolf tracks were not far away. Maybe next check. Keep after them.
also do you run a long line miles away ? all questions that change the timeline and how a trapline is ran ? a few traps out your back door sure check as much as can 200 kms away things change and so should your comment
If I want to run the hounds, I cover about 100 miles from the cabin. Too much pressure in these parts, it's not what it once was, for certain. You are in a lot bigger country.

Nice to kind of see Kaylana herd her voice that's it 😪 to bad the lynx got eaten but a trade for a wolverine 👍 and the fisher was a bonus 👍👍

GREAT VIDEO JASON
Nice entro.
Great job man
Leaving unchecked traps for days, gives a guy headaches. I don't like more than 2 days. We owe it to the animals. Peace from Montana
how far do you travel to check your traps ?
also do you run a long line miles away ? all questions that change the timeline and how a trapline is ran ? a few traps out your back door sure check as much as can 200 kms away things change and so should your comment
I trap rivers with a boat, about a ten mile stretch. We have to check no more than 48 hours.

I'm not being rude by any means, I've lost animal's before.. sorry.for offending.not intended at all. Our rules are different here. Later
