@@MrPolevaulter whenever I plays few chords it gets out of tune since one of my friend tighten or loosen screws on the bridge. I stopped playing it don't know how to make it work and action is very high. If I tries to lower the action it gets buzzing.
I love people who crap on Cort but own pretty much any import guitar besides PRS and knock them.Cort basically makes 70% or more of import guitars(for us in the U.S) for manufacturers that are in their hands and they have no idea.
The older G250 is made in Korea and has Wilkinson Bridge also different tuners and mighty might pickups I think there were a little bit better if I remember rightly

I scored this one for 100,-EUR second hand, and since I never came back to my Affinity Strat. The G260 may be even nicer, but the G280 in Amber finish seems promising!

The problem with hidden gems that pop up now and then at low prices is that it's hard to know if they actually are gems and not trash. Reliable information is hard to find online as they are not as popular/common as Squiers and Fenders.
That G260CS of mine has the same Cort two-point trem. I’ve done a little nut-slot widening to accommodate the 10’s but not polished or lubed the slots yet. I’m finding that the tuning is holding better with the trem floating parallel to the body. I also fitted the third spring to match the 10s.
I like the shape and colour of the guitar, I just prefer the fender head stock, a luthier told me that squier are made by cort in asia, I didn't verify that

I believe it is the bridge position that is incorrect and it should have been moved further towards the bass side. It would make a good mod platform, though. Upgrading the bridge, the nut and some mid range locking tuners and maybe some new pickups and it will give some 2000 dollar Fender a run for their money!

You should take a look at the Vintage V6 Reissued. QC can be hit or miss, but can be good guitars if you are lucky or can fix potential issues. I had one with a lot of issues that I corrected, never bonded with it because of that so I sold it, but it was a decent guitar after i fixed it.
Would be interesting to see how you like the Vintage compared to the Squier Classic Vibe as the Vintage is priced slightly lower and the specs are good.
With my go to Schecter I have the same stripes/grains in the fretboard and after five years of cleaning and playing they accumulated a lot of dirt. I actually don't manage to clean them properly despite my best efforts. I would never again go for a guitar which has these stripes on the fretboard. Doesn't affect the playing per se but it looks not nice when they are filled with a light greasy stuff...

I think that your studio has a quantum singularity misalignment, you were time warping. Pups sounded good, looks good, like that gold finish! The G250 is $450 in Canada, right between Affinity and Classic Vibe / Contemporary. Can't find G260 here.

I have a G100 and love it. Top loader fixed bridge, slim body, open pore finish, the most comfortable guitar I ever had, but you will have to do a full fret job on it to be a perfectly playable guitar, leveling, crowning, polishing, round the ends, round the fretboard edge.
Good Playing - Seems like you have a good one there. LEAD REST mentioned Wikipedia in his comment so I took a look. Interesting - CORT makes guitars sold under the Ibanez name. Also there was this regarding a labor protest: "On July 12, 2007 a Cort worker set himself on fire in protest, and on October 15, 2008 workers conducted a 30-day hunger strike and sit-in occupation on a 40-meter electricity tower." Company may not treat it's workers well. Looks like reason enough to stick with my kit guitar. Thanks for the video.

maybe it sounds fine and plays nice, but I find it sooo ugly, it´s like a drunken strat , I would never use it , actually , I've never seen a Cort that I like , I guess it is just my personal taste .
Thats perfectly normal. We're so much accustomed to the design and looks of the fender strat from the early days and many legendary artist used them. But if some well known players start using these brands like cort etc, its highly likely we would start to love them😏

The strings probably needed to be stretched cuz it was a new guitar. That neck pickup is sweeeet

My Jatoba fretboard doesn't have them, but it was super rough, never sanded.

Basswood is an acquired taste, it can be a bit bland in the midrange and up, But can be nice with ceramic pickups FWIW
