31:07 Not exactly. This movie actually makes that point. The modern liberal India vs Traditional conservative India and how they can co-exist . Also points out the hypocrisy of both sides. On one hand most educated urban liberals with their grasp on Shakespeare, Marx and Foucault think they are above others while on the other hand it also points to some of the backwardness of thinking that is prevalent among conservatives. Rani's family are liberals while rocky's family is portrayed as conservative
