I am an adult person with my responsibilities and my personal life. And I'm not talking about "private life" right now. My partner knows about my channel, we are part of the video creation community together. But the rest of the people I know, even my online friends, don't know about it. I'm not ashamed of my hobby, I like it, I put my soul into every screenshot. I just don't see the need to talk about it. You know, it's like you have a friend at a gym with whom you discuss sports.
