This fly doesn't look like much but after trying it, it is really great. I changed the tail material on a few. I don't think it works any better but I ran out of pheasant tail fibers. I have ordered more. Thanks for sharing. I have watched this video several times. Argus pheasant that isn't good enough for salmon flies, works really well for the tail. All the best, Sean

Nice fly shaky, I suggest when you are proudly displaying the fly you leave it in the vice. When you hold it, it shakes too much and we don't see the fine details.

cool lookin' minnow, but doesn't it flip over, swimming like belly up? best regards!

Hi Alois, well You right, partially.. I use these mainly for small rapid streams, where its dancing, flip there and back.. Not a big deal. But for the slow or still water, reversely tied will be probably more efficient, did not try, but I will... maybe also use Deer hair instead of turkey for back can help... Thanks for comment. You have nice minnow tying video on your channel too. Take Care. Tight lines! BK

Great fly, I think you should use a different life-like material for the tail though.
