Hi, make sure the belt you are using is as thick as possible, if the belt is too thin it doesn't support the buckle and it tends to flop forward. Hope this helps :-)

OMG I literally searched to get away from this technique (I attach my country belt buckle in a similar way) and yes thought its showing too much behind and also bulky/not in one piece. maybe buy a belt which has a loop on which after attaching closes with a snap?
Yes absolutely! The snap closure belt does give a much neater look, we now sell those in our stores. We made this video to help anyone who could not get their hands on one ;-)

Does this work with the automatic belt buckles, the belt with no holes?
I'm afraid it won't, you need the holes in the belt to hold up the buckle, otherwise it will hang down.
Great video, if there isn't anywhere to push the buckle into an eyelet is it fine to just hole punch one where appropriate?
